    13. The Movie Theater

Taegyeong picked up the necklace he’d left on his desk. The red gemstone sparkled brilliantly in the sunlight, its luster even more dazzling.

    ‘Whose is this?’

The day he was raped by Song Dongyeong, he clearly remembered dropping this necklace. Now it lay untouched in front of his room.

He’d asked his teammates if they knew the owner, hoping to return it, but none of them seemed interested. Even Ryu Ilho scowled, grumbling that it looked like a cheap knockoff and should be tossed, then ordered him to get back in bed.

‘According to my memory, it was an expensive necklace. Could this be it?’

Or was it just a perfect counterfeit?

‘Anyway, I’m feeling unusually good today.’

    Taegyeong glanced at his smartwatch.

    11 AM.

Normally, by this time, Seo Wooyeol would burst in, demanding to be fucked. Choi Yoonmin would grab his ass, telling him to use the toilet first. Won Seungyu particularly enjoyed morning guiding. But today, there was no sign of them. His body brimmed with energy, yet there was no one to take it away.

Just as he was starting to feel a little disappointed, there was a knock at the door. Taegyeong shoved his hand into his pocket and opened it.

It was Song Dongyeong. Dongyeong immediately thrust a box at him. When Taegyeong asked what it was, Song Dongyeong whimpered, “A-An apple. I’m sorry,” before fleeing in a panic.

Taegyeong untied the ribbon. …A set of underwear? It was a man’s lace thong.

‘Why would he give me something like this?’

Taegyeong felt uneasy accepting the gift from Song Dongyeong, but he couldn’t deny that he liked the design. Oh, right, Song Dongyeong tore up my underwear last time, didn’t he?

    ‘It’s prettier than I thought.’

Taegyeong stood before the full-length mirror, wearing the white lace panties. The delicate lace accentuated his slender waist, flat abdomen, and rounded hips.

He used to wear these often in the past to arouse Esper. A smile crept across his face as he realized it had been a while since he’d last worn them.

‘Damn, I look like a fucking slut. You really went all out, Lee Taegyeong.’

    ‘You’re too good. Guide-nim, y-yes, you’re beautiful.’

‘This Guide, reserve some time tonight. I won’t be able to leave work today.’

Eight was fine with him. He swayed his hips. He still didn’t know what Won Jeonghyeon, Gu Sijun, Shin Jehwan, and Woo Chahyeon liked. But the thought of them roughly tearing at his lace and slamming their cocks into him made him even more excited.

‘Should I wear this only today?’

After changing his clothes, he left the room to fill his empty stomach. Just then, Chahyeon, his hair disheveled, wandered past.

    “Esper Woo!”

    “Guide-nim, good morning.”

“Did you just wake up, Esper Woo?”

“It’s a rest day from training today. How’s your body feeling?”

“Better. I’m bursting with energy. Want to take it? You haven’t had Guiding in a while.”

Taegyeong walked alongside Chahyeon. He felt uplifted, perhaps because it had been a while since he’d seen Chahyeon’s face since losing consciousness a few days ago.

“Can I have it later? It’s a little late, but I need to eat breakfast first.”

    “Of course.”

“If you haven’t eaten yet, would you like to have breakfast with me?”

    “Sure!”

When they reached the stairs, Chahyeon slowed to a stop. The stairs were too narrow for two people to go down together. Taegyeong went down first, and Chahyeon followed, entering the empty living room.

    Huh, nobody’s here.”

“They’re probably still asleep. It’s been a while since we’ve had a day off.”

    “Right.”

‘It’s been a while since they’ve rested, so asking them to go watch a movie might not be the best idea.’

With that thought, Taegyeong opened the refrigerator and rummaged through the shelves and drawers filled with instant foods. But nothing really appealed to him. Maybe cereal? Preparing and cooking various side dishes seemed too much trouble.

“Esper-nim, what would you like to eat?”

    “Let’s just have some cereal.”

    Oh, me too!”

Good, Taegyeong thought. He retrieved fresh white milk from the refrigerator and two bowls from the dish rack.

    Clatter!

But as he reached for the bowls, one slipped from his grasp and crashed to the floor, shattering into countless glass shards.

    “Don’t move. Stay still.”

Taegyeong flinched. The voice startled him, and he held his breath. It wasn’t so much fear as an overwhelming sense that he had to obey this man. He quietly curled his toes, careful not to move recklessly with the glass littering the floor.

Chahyeon placed a thick slipper in front of Taegyeong.

“Brush the dust off your foot and slip them on.”

“Thank you… Oh? I’ll sweep it up!”

While Taegyeong put on his slippers, Chahyeon grabbed a broom and neatly swept up the shards. He then wrapped them tightly in newspaper and folded it neatly. As he worked, a sharp edge must have grazed his index finger, leaving a dark crimson mark.

    “Esper-nim, you got cut!”

    “It’s already healed.”

Chahyeon showed his index finger. The cut was nowhere to be seen. An Esper’s regenerative capabilities far surpassed those of ordinary humans, though they were still slower unless one was an S-Class.

After tidying up the area, Taegyeong brought over a box of cereal. He poured chocolate cereal into a fresh bowl. As Taegyeong filled the bowl, Chahyeon opened a carton of milk and poured it in with a splash.

Chahyeon slid the bowl of cereal and milk in front of Taegyeong. Taegyeong grinned and reached for his spoon.

“I miss Grandma’s side dishes. They were so delicious.”

“Only a week left of Winter Training. Once it’s over, we can eat our fill.”

“Wow, it’s already coming to an end. Hmm… I haven’t been much help due to my injuries.”

“No, not at all. Thanks to Guide-nim, everyone’s training has gone well. Oh, do you have a favorite side dish?”

“I like all of Grandma’s side dishes, but I especially enjoy the spicy mustard leaf kimchi.”

Taegyeong scooped up a generous spoonful of cereal and popped it into his mouth. The crispy cereal and marshmallows melted smoothly in his mouth. The sweetness lifted his mood.

“Taegyeong-ssi, if you don’t have plans today, how about going to the movies with me?”

“…Really? Won’t you be tired? You should rest―”

“We can rest while watching a good movie at a nice theater. I’m curious about the story too.”

Instead of answering, Taegyeong offered a bright smile.

The “good movie theater” Chahyeon mentioned was a private screening room.

Taegyeong felt overwhelmed by the sudden opportunity to leave the training grounds. Choi Yoonmin had readily agreed, as long as he returned before dinner.

    This is amazing.

Even just strolling with hands in pockets and watching people go by was entertaining.

Chahyeon had bought a popcorn set and plenty of snacks, which he placed on the table. There was enough butter squid, hot dogs, and popcorn for four people.

“Are you really going to eat all of this?”

“I bought the squid because I like it, the hot dogs are essential for watching this movie, and popcorn just isn’t the same without it.”

“You’re right. I saw hot dogs in the trailer. We can eat them while we watch.”

“Shall we go? We can enter now.”

Chahyeon carried the heavy hot dog set, popcorn, and soda in both hands. Taegyeong picked up the small box of butter squid that had been left abandoned.

The hallway leading to the theater had a glass wall on one side. A flock of crows swept across the overcast sky.

    Emergency Exit 2

Taegyeong always checked the emergency exits and evacuation routes when he was in a sealed indoor space. This was the first safety rule he learned when he joined the company. A gate could open anywhere at any time, and even the sturdiest building could collapse instantly under a monster’s attack. It was also important to have plenty of water, just in case.

‘Still, Esper Woo Chahyeon has telekinesis, so he’s reliable.’

“That’s right, Esper Woo. Um, could I buy some water?”

“Then use my card. It’s in my pants pocket.”

Chahyeon was holding a hot dog and popcorn. Taegyeong reached into his right pocket. He felt something thick and strange. Thinking it was a card, he pulled it out firmly.

    Ah. A card? …Huh.

    …Hmph.

    …Oh, here it is!”

Chahyeon’s face turned pale in an instant. Taegyeong retreated a step, smiling awkwardly. He didn’t know whether to ask if Chahyeon was okay; pretending he hadn’t noticed Chahyeon’s wince would have been embarrassing.

    “I-I’ll be right back!”

Taegyeong fled the scene in a hurry, his footsteps quickening.

He was startled by the groan Chahyeon had let out. He didn’t understand what had been going through his head when he bought the water. Honestly, it was annoying. He’d known for a while that Chahyeon had a pleasant, deep voice and a good physique, but when they first met, his only curiosity had been to try sex guiding him. Now he wasn’t sure. He found himself being cautious around Chahyeon.

‘To think someone who cares about me would entertain such delusions.’

Taegyeong entered the room, his spirits dampened.

The second-floor room featured a large screen. Chahyeon had arranged the snacks on the table in an appetizing manner. Taegyeong sank into the plush chair, relishing its softness.

“Taegyeong-ssi, would you like to start the Guiding now?”

    Ah, yes!”
