by InterstellarSnakeWen Ci stumbled upon the entrance of the lecture hall by accident. He adjusted his breathing and entered through the back door, just in time to see Tao Peng. He nodded at him and asked where Lu Xuesong was, since he wasn’t with Tao Peng.
Wen Ci mumbled that he had gone to the restroom.
Tao Peng grunted and then left the group of people to sit next to Wen Ci. “I’ll wait for him with you,” he said.
Wen Ci was completely out of it, not reacting to anything around him.
Before long, Lu Xuesong also entered through the back door and took a seat on Wen Ci’s right side.
Wen Ci: “……”
After Lu Xuesong sat down, more people trickled in. Wen Ci didn’t dare to look around, feeling like the egg in the middle of a sandwich, not daring to move an inch.
Lu Xuesong, however, was very relaxed and looked around to see if there were any handsome guys in their class or the neighboring class. He noticed that Jiang Yufeng was sitting right behind Wen Ci.
With his dark eyes, Jiang Yufeng was staring straight at the back of Wen Ci’s head.
Wen Ci had no reaction at all, which was incredibly oblivious.
Lu Xuesong tilted his head, withdrew his gaze, and deliberately leaned closer to Wen Ci, who then shrugged his shoulders in confusion: “?”
“You had such a big reaction just now, leaving me all alone,” Lu Xuesong complained, poking his shoulder. “You’re not being loyal.”
Wen Ci thought to himself, how did it become his fault: “You scared me. Don’t get so close to me.”
Wen Ci’s anger had no intimidation factor; his voice was soft and clear, not at all frightening.
Lu Xuesong loved staring at him and even more enjoyed the almost uncontrollable look he had in the alley just now.
Wen Ci’s eyes were so expressive and full of emotion, yet he always acted so innocent, which made the contrast even more captivating.
“Don’t be afraid. You’ll experience it all eventually~”
“No.” After what happened tonight, Wen Ci decided, “I’m going to live alone forever.”
This statement clearly reached Jiang Yufeng’s ears.
His expression remained unchanged as he replied to messages on his phone, his fingers tapping the keyboard absentmindedly.
Cheng He, sitting nearby, had been trying to strike up a conversation with Wen Ci, but Lu Xuesong wouldn’t give him a chance, effectively monopolizing Wen Ci’s attention.
Halfway through the class meeting, Cheng He hadn’t managed to say a single word.
Cheng He gave up: “Is Wen Ci that sought-after?”
Jiang Yufeng shifted his gaze from the back of Wen Ci’s head: “So, he’s not suitable for you.”
Cheng He pondered this statement. Initially, he thought Jiang Yufeng meant that Wen Ci’s personality didn’t match his, but now it seemed like he lacked competitiveness?
“Not necessarily. Maybe Wen Ci just likes my type.”
Jiang Yufeng let out a laugh.
Ignoring the mocking tone in his voice, Cheng He had been used to Jiang Yufeng’s somewhat arrogant attitude since junior high. In fact, he rarely showed a good face to anyone, which helped Cheng He feel much more balanced.
After all, good grades, strong abilities, and solid skills were everything.
He asked, “Have you rented a place recently?”
Jiang Yufeng hummed in affirmation, “The neighborhood across the street.”
Cheng He let out a “Wow,” not very surprised: “As long as you’re comfortable. The rent in that neighborhood is pretty high. Have you considered finding a roommate?”
“No need. I have a favor to ask of you.”
Cheng He turned his head: “What is it?”
“Selling study materials.”
Jiang Yufeng had many ways to make money, a mix of big and small ventures. He was currently running a studio with his childhood friend, which seemed to be doing quite well in mechanical design.
Cheng He didn’t know much about it, but whenever Jiang Yufeng asked for his help, there was usually a commission involved: “Sure, I’ll post for you. The contact info will still be your work number.”
Jiang Yufeng hummed in agreement.
The class meeting ended, and Wen Ci followed the buildings he remembered back to the dormitory. However, the buildings at night seemed completely different from those during the day. To be safe, he decided it was better to follow Lu Xuesong and the others back.
Back in the dormitory, Wen Ci quickly took a shower, skipped soaking his feet, and climbed straight into bed, pulling the curtains shut to isolate himself from the world.
It was still early, and the lights were not yet out. Wen Ci couldn’t sleep and played with his phone.
Lu Xuesong slowly withdrew his gaze, a smile playing at the corner of his lips. Tao Peng had felt something off between them all night and walked over with a pair of pants: “Shall we take a shower together tonight?”
Lu Xuesong glanced at him.
Tao Peng asked, “Did you open the package? Don’t you want to give it a try tonight?”
Lu Xuesong finally relented: “Alright, playing by myself is indeed boring.”
The bathroom was neither too big nor too small, just right for two guys. Tao Peng, as usual, started with a little foreplay for him, moving slowly. Lu Xuesong impatiently urged him to hurry up.
Tao Peng looked up: “What’s going on between you and Wen Ci?”
Lu Xuesong was taken aback, thinking he was waiting for him here: “You like him.”
Tao Peng smiled: “Not bad. He’s good-looking. I want to see what he’s like.”
Lu Xuesong licked his lips: “I like him too. Don’t you dare compete with me.”
Tao Peng shrugged and then quickened his pace.
This time, Tao Peng was on Lu Xuesong’s bed. After opening the package, they were fully charged.
After the dormitory lights went out, everything was completely quiet, except for the occasional wind, there was only the inexplicable buzzing vibration.
Wen Ci could hear a little bit even with earplugs.
Did he buy a pirated version, or could he still hear it……
He was about to turn over when he suddenly heard Lu Xuesong let out a soft, cat-like moan.
Then Tao Peng reminded Lu Xuesong to be quieter.
But Lu Xuesong seemed to be deliberately going against him, always making some subtle noises. The dormitory’s sound insulation was neither good nor bad, but Wen Ci, separated only by a bed curtain, could definitely hear it.
The noise grew louder and louder, and they were having a wild time.
The pajamas Wen Ci was wearing had been worn for many years. The collar and hem were loose and had lost their elasticity. During his movements, the collar slipped, revealing a patch of his fair collarbone and shoulders. The intermittent, varying panting sounds were close to his ears.
In the chaos, Wen Ci closed his eyes and slowly recalled the feeling of being teased by Lu Xuesong in the grove.
It was as if a strange interest had been completely aroused within him, burning continuously inside, the fire growing larger and harder to extinguish.
The thin blanket covering Wen Ci was slowly rolled into a ball by him, clutching the pillow, trying to relieve the pressure.
After a few seconds, Wen Ci banged his head on the pillow.
To think that dating could be like this……They were so affectionate, and Wen Ci gradually began to understand.
He didn’t reject this strange feeling at all, and even craved it a bit……
Wen Ci was frightened by his own thoughts.
No, no, it’s too dangerous.
Wen Ci buried his entire face in the pillow, but his body loved to do things that went against his brain.
Wen Ci simply pretended to be dead and stopped moving.
Soon, the surrounding night gradually darkened, the noise gradually decreased, leaving only the faint panting sounds.
Wen Ci really wanted to use the restroom, mainly to change his pants, but he couldn’t appear rashly in this situation. Wen Ci lay there, biting his lip, pretending to be dead, put on his earplugs again, and hid in the quilt, pretending that nothing had happened.
The next morning, there was a class, and Wen Ci didn’t know when he fell asleep.
Before leaving, Lu Xuesong affectionately rubbed against him: “Let’s go to the classroom together. You probably don’t know where it is. I’ll take you there.”
Wen Ci knew the address but not the direction, so he just nodded.
Lu Xuesong turned his head back: “Tao Peng, you do as you please.”
Tao Peng was still putting on his pants and grunted in a rough voice.
On the way, Lu Xuesong suddenly asked him in a low voice: “You heard everything last night, right?”
Wen Ci was numb: “Which night did I not hear?”
“Hahaha.” Lu Xuesong feigned concern, “If we disturbed you, you could have lifted the bed curtain and scolded us~”
“……” Wen Ci was unsure, “Wouldn’t that interrupt you guys……”
“No, it wouldn’t. I would actually find it more exciting, even more enjoyable. You have no idea, you really should give it a try.” Lu Xuesong winked at him suggestively, “I really do like you, you know~”
Wen Ci emphasized, in a very low voice, “I’m the, you know, the bottom.”
“I know, I know. That doesn’t conflict with me liking you, does it? Being with you doesn’t have to be all about sex,” Lu Xuesong said with a smile.
Wen Ci was puzzled: “What do you like about me, my face?”
“That’s just part of it. You’re kind to me.”
“Where?” He didn’t know about that.
“You bought me wontons.”
“……” That was to thank them for showing him the way. Wen Ci turned his head and said earnestly, “Then I won’t buy you any in the future, so you won’t get the wrong idea.”
“?”
The first class of the semester was on Mao Zedong Thought, with few students paying attention and many dozing off. After enduring two periods, Tao Peng came to find Lu Xuesong to eat outside. Wen Ci declined their invitation, gathered his things, and left the classroom.
Wen Ci was somewhat absent-minded, constantly daydreaming during class, probably too deeply influenced by Lu Xuesong. It felt like his body wasn’t his own and his mind wasn’t functioning properly.
His new earplugs had arrived at the courier station. This time, he went alone, remembering his mother’s advice that college was about independence and not relying on anyone.
There were few people at this time, and Wen Ci quickly picked up his package. As he walked, he opened it and found a pair of small earplugs inside.
Earplugs couldn’t completely block out external sounds, but they were better than nothing, especially in the dormitory.
He tried them on, and the surrounding noise immediately became very faint, almost inaudible if he didn’t pay attention.
Of course, he also didn’t hear the honking of the white car behind him. Wen Ci was still reading the instructions when, in the next second, he lurched to the side and fell into the arms of the person behind him.
The force of the pull was quite strong. Wen Ci didn’t know what was happening yet and first looked up at the person. It was Jiang Yufeng.
The white car slowly drove away, and Wen Ci realized that he had almost had a traffic accident at school.
“Thank you…” But after colliding with Jiang Yufeng, Wen Ci felt a tingling sensation in his spine and subconsciously said, “You’re so hard…”
Jiang Yufeng glanced down at him briefly, releasing his hold and creating some distance between them.
That brief look held a probing intent. Wen Ci suddenly recalled the incident during the class meeting when he was seen by Jiang Yufeng, and he felt a shiver run down his spine.
Wen Ci quickly explained, “I didn’t mean it like that.”
Jiang Yufeng paused for a moment, then asked with a half-smile, “So what did you mean? Were you flirting with me in public?”
“Of course not!” Wen Ci’s face flushed as he honestly explained his reaction, “When you pulled me just now, I bumped into you. I felt a tingling in my back and thought you were really strong. Your abs are so hard.”
“……”
Jiang Yufeng skipped over his long explanation and directly concluded, “My fault, I’m too hard.”
“No, no, it’s not bad if you’re too soft either.”
“……” Jiang Yufeng raised an eyebrow slightly.
Wen Ci’s face turned red from his gaze, and goosebumps appeared on his arm where Jiang Yufeng had touched him.
He actually had the thought of wanting Jiang Yufeng to hold him again.
Because Jiang Yufeng smelled so good, like a forest and the sea. It would be very comforting to be held by him all the time, except for the slight hardness…
But Lu Xuesong said that was an advantage and would feel great…
Wen Ci’s face turned yellow as he thought, Mom, I feel like I’m about to go bad.
