IYAMD: Episode 101
by LotusMarsilia felt as if he were being toyed with by the Archduke, but since his mind was already preoccupied, there was nothing he could do about it. In the end, Marsilia decided to investigate the matter the Archduke had mentioned.
“What about the sorcerer? Have you started?”
At Marsilia’s question, Serez replied with a serious expression.
“Your Majesty, it hasn’t even been a full day since you gave that order. I was on the verge of collapse yesterday from spending the entire day sorting out the nobles involved in the rebellion. On top of that, with the entire knight order absent, I have no one to delegate to—so why are you already rushing me?”
“Is it my fault that the knight orders are absent?”
Serez pressed his lips shut and jutted them forward like a duck. Marsilia tilted his head to the side and asked again.
“Answer me, Sir Hastings. Is it my fault that both the Crimson Knight Order and the Black Knight Order are absent?”
Serez finally responded in a sullen voice.
“It’s my fault, of course.”
“Then shouldn’t you figure out a way to fill that gap and get things done?”
“Your Majesty is right.”
“Isn’t that so?”
“Yes…”
With his arms crossed, Marsilia gave Serez several orders.
“Mobilize the palace officials to search the Duke’s manor. Bring back everything you can, sort through it, and report your findings. Send Darren to the Doton territory. Have him meet up with the knights on their way and sweep through the area as well.”
“Yes, Your Majesty. I’ll relay the orders immediately.”
“And… regarding the High Priest, as I mentioned earlier, have them search around the Sacred Tree. Allow the priests from the Temple to enter, but assign a few of our attendants to monitor them.”
Marsilia ran a hand through his hair and paused for a moment. There was so much to do that his head was starting to ache.
“What else is urgent right now?”
“We can track down the sorcerer through the back alleys and the Merchant Guild, and the biggest task is confiscating the traitors’ lands, Your Majesty.”
“Divide the Crimson Knight Order and send them to the territories. Have them carry out the occupation in three units before returning to the capital. Also, contact House Sonnet and find out how they are managing the dragon byproducts. Gerald Sonnet should have returned to the capital first, so tell him to come to the palace in two days.”
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
It felt like there was still more to be done, but manpower was too scarce at the moment. Deciding to handle the remaining tasks gradually, Marsilia dismissed Serez.
Now, the ones left behind needed to rest, no matter what.
“Jaha.”
“Hm? Are you done?”
“The urgent matters, more or less.”
Marsilia gently pulled Jaha’s hand as he asked,
“I was thinking of sleeping a little more. I’d like to show you my bedroom—what do you think?”
“Are you asking me to take a nap with you?”
“Yes.”
Marsilia pressed a light kiss on the back of Jaha’s hand and smiled.
“You see, I’ve become incapable of sleeping without you.”
“Alright then, let’s sleep together.”
As Jaha casually followed along, Marsilia felt a slight pang in his chest. When he placed a hand over it, Jaha looked up at him as if asking what was wrong.
“My conscience hurts.”
“Not your chest?”
“Well… maybe a little of both.”
Jaha narrowed his eyes and asked,
“Are you faking it?”
Marsilia didn’t answer. Instead, he simply pulled Jaha’s arm and walked toward his bedroom. He made sure not to appear hurried, deliberately maintaining a leisurely pace, but his steps kept tangling.
The emperor’s bedroom seemed three times larger than the one Jaha had been staying in.
“Wow.”
Jaha quietly parted his lips.
“The bed is made of gold?”
The man beside him chuckled aloud.
“It’s just gilded.”
“Looks like something a ‘jolbu’ would have.”
“What’s that?”
Jaha stared blankly into the air, lost in thought as he tried to recall the meaning of the word.
“Uh, um… Someone who suddenly becomes rich?”
“You mean a nouveau riche?”
He chuckled before approaching with a more serious expression.
“I was born rich.”
Of course, you were. Jaha nodded absentmindedly. The man reached out, fingers grazing the ties of Jaha’s tunic before gently pulling on them.
“Can I take this off?”
“Why?”
As Jaha gave him a puzzled look, the man’s smile turned slightly mischievous.
“To sleep.”
Ah, so he meant changing into sleepwear. But there wasn’t a single attendant in sight who had followed them into the room. Looking around, Jaha asked,
“Where’s my sleepwear?”
The man lightly tugged at the string, slipping it free from the loop as he casually replied,
“Why would you need sleepwear?”
He quietly asked, his lips pressed against Jaha’s shoulder before meeting his gaze.
“You said we’re sleeping.”
At Jaha’s response, Marsilia’s expression subtly twisted as if he were trying to suppress laughter.
“In the Eastern Continent, doesn’t ‘sleeping’ have any other meaning?”
“No.”
This time, Marsilia raised his voice slightly, sounding a bit surprised.
“Really?”
It was only then that Jaha sensed something was off and looked up at him. The man, who had been focused on untying the strings at Jaha’s chest, briefly flicked his gaze upward.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
“I just wanted to confirm if my guess was right.”
“What are you thinking?”
The smile tugging at the man’s lips deepened. Realizing that his suspicion had been correct, Jaha quickly grabbed at his loosening collar.
“Are you out of your mind? In broad daylight?”
The man let go of the string and burst into laughter, his shoulders shaking as he bent forward. After a moment, he steadied his voice, his expression turning slightly serious before he rattled off an absurd explanation.
“What does it matter if it’s day or night when it comes to making love? I want you to get used to me quickly. And to do that, we need frequent contact. But in two days, I’m going to be extremely busy. So, I have to make the most of the time I have now.”
Jaha, overwhelmed by his relentless reasoning, momentarily looked blank before furrowing his brows.
“But it’s way too early. This kind of thing is supposed to happen at night.”
“Then just think of it as nighttime, Jaha. If you put your mind to it, anything is possible. Let’s give it our best shot, hm?”
With that, Marsilia wrapped an arm around Jaha’s waist, lifting him up and carrying him straight to the bed.
As soon as his soft body bounced back up, his weight pressed down on Jaha.
The breath of the man holding him tightly felt close. Marsilia pressed his lips to Jaha’s furrowed brow and whispered.
“Just once, okay?”
Jaha grumbled, not hiding his annoyed expression.
“When you say once, it’s not once.”
Honestly, he couldn’t understand why it was already like this after just a few hours. How could he say it wasn’t enough after doing it all night?
“I’ll just do it this once.”
Marsilia’s lips gradually moved downward. He pressed his lips on both of his cheeks and kissed him, lifted his gaze as he gently bit Jaha’s lips.
“Don’t say no, Jaha.”
It was difficult to refuse him when he had that whining tone and sad eyes.
Jaha, who had been staring into his eyes without saying anything, sighed quietly after a while.
“Just once, okay?”
“Hum.”
Even though he knew he was being deceived, he couldn’t help but fall for it.
How could he say no when he saw him smiling so brightly? If it were the old Jaha, he could have done that, but now it was a bit more difficult.
Marsilia didn’t hide his excited expression and reached for Jaha’s clothes.
When the tunic’s strings became loose, he immediately took it off and pulled down his pants as well.
It was a much more familiar hand movement than the day before. Jaha felt his heart become lighter as he watched the man take off his clothes naturally, like flowing water.
Yesterday, he was so nervous that even his hands were shaking.
The man, who had taken off all of his clothes, hugged Jaha and kissed him. Although only a thin piece of cloth had disappeared, the human body temperature felt strangely pleasant.
The fingertips that caressed his body while kissing him were soft and affectionate. The same was true of his lips that began to move downward little by little.
A feeling of drowsiness gradually spread through his body. It was similar to a tickling sensation, but it was more than that. A sensation completely different from the feeling of his own hands touching his body spread throughout Jaha.
“Ugh….”
When Marsilia’s lips touched his ear, his body trembled as his hot breath lingered inside Jaha’s ear.
“Jaha.”
His voice, whispering so softly, made his hair stand on end.
“Hnngh….”
Marsilia called out Jaha’s name repeatedly while gently brushing his lips along his ear.
“Okay, okay.”
When the man bit his earlobe and gently licked it with his tongue, letting out a long, hot breath, Jaha’s body shook violently, and he threw his head back.
The small tremors that started in his ears gradually spread. The tickling sensation spread from his shoulders, waist, arms, to his fingertips and reached the soles of his feet in an instant.
“Ugh!”
A loud moan escaped him without warning. As Jaha covered his mouth and opened his eyes wide, the man’s green eyes, looking down at him from right in front, sparkled even more.
“I love you so much.”
He took Jaha’s hand, kissed the back of it, and smiled gently.
Unlike his affectionate face, the man’s penis, trapped between the their stomachs, was gradually hardening. The hot, hard feeling pressing against his groin and stomach was still unfamiliar.
As Jaha writhed at the unfamiliar sensation, he breathed hotly, his lips trailing down his arm.
“Haa.”
Marsilia let out a meaningless exclamation with a hazy look in his eyes. He moved up Jaha’s arm and took a deep breath, as if deeply inhaling his scent.
The breath he exhaled, the air he inhaled, caressed Jaha’s tense skin, as if it were gently stroking it. Every time he moved, Jaha felt the wind inside his chest.
It seemed as if a rustling, noisy sound, like a bamboo forest swaying in the wind, was coming from his chest.
“The wind….”
Somehow, he felt as if he knew. The wind that had passed through him had settled in Jaha’s chest and was now slowly starting to blow again.
“Wind? Ah.”
“I can hear it too, the sound of your heart beating.”
He pressed his ear against Jaha’s chest, as if wanting to listen to it more clearly.
Jaha’s heart was pounding irregularly, so strong and fast that it felt like it might break his chest.
