PV Ch.1 Part 4
by Aoi“Want to go to my room?”
It wasn’t exactly what Bomin had planned for his afternoon, but after that much food, he figured he had enough energy for a quickie. The guy wasn’t exactly packing, judging by his slender frame, but there was something about that teary-eyed look that did things to him.
“Ah…”
“Oh, he fainted.”
Had he really pushed him that far? Kim Seohun slumped back against the chair, completely out of it.
Bomin clicked his tongue, a touch disappointed, and returned to his seat. He polished off the rest of his food with gusto. Tray empty, he stood and left the cafeteria without a backward glance.
He was completely unaware of the pair of eyes following him, a look of intrigue in their depths.

Bomin, his stomach full and content, stepped back into his room and immediately set about stripping the soiled sheets from his bed. A quick rummage through the built-in closet revealed a stack of fresh linens, a clear indication that this was not an uncommon occurrence.
As he worked, replacing the dirty sheets with crisp, sun-warmed ones, a faint buzzing sound caught his attention.
He found a phone tucked under the bed and fished it out. The lock screen displayed a picture of a clear blue sky, its origin unknown.
[Work report pending.]
Multiple notifications blinked at the top of the screen. They were from the Association’s administration office.
All ability users were required to submit daily work reports, unless it was a designated day off. With everything that had happened since his arrival, Bomin had completely forgotten.
An app for submitting work reports was conveniently placed on the home screen. Bomin tapped it open, quickly inputted the details of his encounters with Han Biseong and Song Jaeho, and then began browsing the phone.
“It feels so empty.”
Multiple messaging apps were installed, containing evidence of regular communication with the other targets, with the exception of Shi Yu-hyeon, whom he had yet to meet.
Bomin scrolled through his messages with Han Biseong.
[Me: Hyung, where are you?]
[Me: The weather’s really nice.]
[Me: We have guiding today, remember?]
[Han Biseong: At the door.]
[Me: Wanna get food together today?]
[Han Biseong: Busy.]
[Me: I’m bored.]
[Me: Not feeling so good today.]
[Me: Busy again today, hyung?]
It was just like Han Biseong to only say what was necessary, not even bothering to text back otherwise. He was the same way even when they were having s*x.
The chat with Song Jaeho at least contained some back-and-forth banter, since he actually responded. To Bomin’s eyes, though, even that felt like one-sided clinging.
The others were even worse. Han Biseong and Song Jaeho were practically saints compared to them. The relationship between the Bomin in the novel and these guys was completely lopsided, with Bomin bearing the brunt of the weight.
Bomin tapped his phone screen, lost in thought. He wasn’t one for complicated things, but for some reason, he felt a strange fluttering in his chest.
“What do you want?”
He didn’t know why he was stuck inside this novel. He could remember everything else, but his memories of his previous life, right before he woke up in this world, were murky, as if someone had poured thick tar over them.
Whenever he tried to delve into those depths, a splitting headache would pierce through him.
“First things first… I’ll make sure they don’t treat you like that anymore.”
It was as if the soul of the novel’s Bomin was lingering nearby. Bomin continued speaking in a low voice, then threw himself onto the freshly made sheets and stared blankly at the ceiling.
He liked the moments during s*x; the pain and pleasure that felt like his body would shatter chased away all thoughts. It was the time spent not having s*x that felt empty.
Bomin’s gaze drifted across the grid pattern on the ceiling. His consciousness felt like it was constantly being pulled into a bottomless abyss.
“Damn, should’ve carried that guy up here even though he was out cold.”
It wasn’t like Bomin had a thing for s*x with unconscious people, but he could’ve waited until the guy came to and then just had his way with him. But Bomin was hungry and couldn’t be bothered, so he just came back to his room. Now boredom gnawed at him.
“God, I’m so fucking h*rny…”
Unaware of what he was saying, Bomin rolled around on the sheets that smelled like warm sunlight. As if sensing his state of mind, his phone buzzed with a notification.
— …Emergency Guiding Request: Won Seongwoo.
Out of all the ability users Bomin was involved with, Won Seongwoo was the only one who didn’t prefer s*xual guiding. Their chat history was filled with messages solely initiated by Bomin.
If Espers don’t receive regular guiding, the magic power within their bodies clumps up. It was dangerous, like blood clots moving through their veins. The more they moved with this stagnant magic power, the greater the risks.
And as the stagnation worsened, so did the problems. The magic power would consume the Esper’s body, turning them into a living, breathing bomb.
Not only would the Esper die, but it would also obliterate everything around them. Won Seongwoo was an S-rank Esper. It wasn’t an exaggeration to say that if his body exploded, at least half of Seoul would be gone.
That’s why the Association actively managed high-ranking Espers, making sure they received regular guiding. There was even a dedicated department that monitored their magical energy levels in real-time using biochips implanted in their bodies.
The notification Bomin received was from that very department: Esper Volatility Management Division.
Checking the app, he saw that a whole week had passed since Won Seongwoo last received guiding from him. It was a stark contrast to the others, who, even at their worst, still received s*xual guiding at least once every three days.
“Now, how big was Won Seongwoo’s d*ck again…?”
Life slowly returned to Bomin’s dull eyes. Licking his lips, he jumped out of bed and headed towards the location sent by the management department.
They all boasted impressive sizes, but Won Seongwoo was described as having a particularly large and thick head.
He was a rare breed, even among Espers—one who could fully transform into an animal.
“Never been with a dog type before. This is exciting.”
Won Seongwoo’s ability was full-on shapeshifting; he transformed into a wolf. Even though he didn’t like that form and preferred to stay in a half-human, half-beast state when using his powers, his true strength was unleashed in his full wolf form.
“What does a wolf’s d*ck even look like…?”
Just imagining it made Bomin’s insides clench. He opened up a browser window and searched for ‘wolf penis.’
“Whoa…”
Bomin’s jaw dropped as he stumbled upon a new discovery.
‘Man, if I knew it was like this, I would’ve read more BL novels with wolf shapeshifters…‘
His lips curled down in disappointment, but only for a moment. With a newfound excitement, Bomin quickened his pace.
Novels were all well and good, but this was real life. He was actually going to meet a wolf shapeshifter, someone who could fully transform into a wolf.
