    #17. 2 Sticks in 1 Hole (2)

The three of them arrived at a towering hotel in the heart of Seoul.

Even from the entrance, it was evident that this was a high-end establishment. The floors were spotless, not a speck of dust in sight. The hotel staff escorted them to the top floor.

    “This place looks amazing.”

“I’ve been here once before. The food is quite good.”

The restaurant, situated on a high floor, had floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city.

“Welcome. May I have the name for your reservation, please?”

    “Shi Yu-hyeon.”

Bomin’s eyes widened. Had Shi Yu-hyeon known he would be seeing him today?

    “Right this way.”

The staff member, after confirming the reservation, led them to a private room.

As they walked, Bomin took in the elegant interior, reminiscent of a medieval European palace. Every detail, from the intricately carved patterns on the tables, chairs, and pillars, exuded an air of craftsmanship and luxury.

“We’ll have your welcome food ready shortly. Here are the menus.”

    “Thank you.”

The room they entered was even more opulent than the main dining area. Even Bomin, who had no knowledge of art, could tell that the paintings adorning the walls were worth a fortune.

“This place is known for its course meals, but feel free to order whatever you like, Bomin-ssi.”

Shi Yu-hyeon opened the menu, placing it in front of Bomin. But Bomin’s gaze wasn’t on the menu. It was on Shi Yu-hyeon’s wrist.

The bracelet he wore was glowing blue. It wasn’t a dangerous level, but the fact that his risk level was in the high 30s was concerning.

“Yu-hyeon-ssi, have you received any guiding since your awakening?”

    “Ah, well…”

For the first time, Shi Yu-hyeon looked flustered.

The Association had put him through a series of tests, pushing him to use his abilities to their fullest extent.

And with each use, his risk level had increased. The problem was, Shi Yu-hyeon was refusing to receive guiding from anyone.

He hadn’t even used a guiding machine. Despite the Association’s recommendations, he hadn’t received any guiding at all.

    “I… I’m a bit uncomfortable with it…”

He wasn’t a germaphobe, but he preferred to avoid unnecessary physical contact with strangers. He still couldn’t believe he had slept with Bomin on the day they met.

    “Hmm, that’s not good…”

Bomin’s lips pursed into a thin line. It seemed like he was about to offer to guide Shi Yu-hyeon. Kim Seohun, seeing this, shot up from his seat.

    “I-I can guide him!”

    “Seohun, you?”

    “Yes!”

He didn’t actually want to guide Shi Yu-hyeon. He just didn’t want Bomin touching him.

He wasn’t sure of their compatibility, but as an A-rank, he could probably lower Shi Yu-hyeon’s risk level with minimal contact.

Shi Yu-hyeon’s bracelet was glowing blue, which meant that even a light touch should be enough.

    “That won’t be necessary.”

But Shi Yu-hyeon refused, his tone firm. If he were willing to receive guiding from just anyone, he wouldn’t have refused the Guides the Association provided.

    He only wanted Bomin.

“Then allow me to guide you. You must have a headache and a fever with a risk level that high. Are you feeling alright?”

Bomin, his voice laced with concern, reached out, his hand hovering over Shi Yu-hyeon’s forehead. His other hand rested on his own forehead.

As expected, Shi Yu-hyeon was burning up. The coolness of Bomin’s touch seemed to ease the tension in his shoulders.

    “Please enjoy your welcome food.”

A knock on the door broke the tense silence. The staff entered, pushing a trolley laden with food.

They placed a basket of freshly baked bread and a dish of butter in the center of the table, then set a plate and a glass in front of each of them.

“The tomato soup in the center is meant to be enjoyed with the bread. We recommend you start with the beef tataki underneath the potato chips, followed by the foie gras chocolate ball, and finishing with the pomegranate juice.”

The food was arranged artfully on the white plates, each bite-sized portion designed to whet their appetites before the main course.

“Excuse me, but could we request something?”

“Certainly, sir. How may I assist you?”

Bomin stopped the staff member as they were about to leave. The staff member, with a professional smile, leaned closer.

“For the course meal… could you bring everything out at once instead of serving it individually?”

The staff member looked surprised, but they quickly recovered, their smile returning.

“Of course, we can arrange that for you. Is there anything else you require?”

“Yes, please bring a bottle of wine. A red wine, something sweet that would pair well with the course.”

“Many of our regular customers enjoy this particular wine. Would you like to try it?”

The staff member opened the menu, pointing to the wine list.

Bomin, after glancing at the selection, agreed to the recommendation.

“Are you sure you’re alright with wine, Bomin-ssi?”

    “Of course.”

Bomin wasn’t a heavy drinker, but the ambiance of the place made him crave something a little stronger. And he had a feeling the wine would help lighten the mood between Shi Yu-hyeon and Kim Seohun.

“We’ll have your wine ready shortly.”

The staff member returned with the wine, presenting the bottle for their inspection. They uncorked it, expertly pouring a generous amount into each of their glasses before taking their leave.

“This is the first time the three of us have dined together. Shall we make a toast?”

Bomin, hoping to ease the tension, raised his glass. Kim Seohun, his gloomy expression momentarily forgotten, picked up his glass as well.

The clinking of their glasses echoed softly in the room. Bomin took a sip, his brow raising in appreciation.

He had ordered a sweet wine because he wasn’t fond of dry ones. It was perfect, hitting the spot. He drained his glass, unable to resist.

    “Bomin-ah, is it good?”

    “Yes.”

Unlike Bomin, who was engrossed in the taste of the wine, both Kim Seohun and Shi Yu-hyeon were focused on him.

Kim Seohun could barely tell if he was drinking wine or water. He was too preoccupied, waiting for the moment Bomin would pounce on Shi Yu-hyeon and offer to guide him.

    “Would you like another glass?”

    “Yes, please.”

A light flush colored Bomin’s cheeks. Kim Seohun briefly entertained the thought of getting Bomin drunk.

He refilled Bomin’s glass, his gaze glued to the way the red liquid swirled within.

“Take it slow, Bomin-ssi. The food will be here soon.”

Bomin, who had been about to take another sip, paused. Shi Yu-hyeon gently took his hand, placing the glass back on the table.

    “But it’s so delicious…”

    “Here, say ah.”

Shi Yu-hyeon picked up a chocolate ball, holding it to Bomin’s lips.

    “This is delicious too.”

Bomin, a lover of desserts, couldn’t resist. His face brightened as the rich, decadent chocolate melted in his mouth.

However, Shi Yu-hyeon’s plan to distract Bomin with food failed. Bomin, after savoring the chocolate, immediately picked up his wine glass and downed the rest in one gulp.

Perhaps the alcohol content was higher than he had anticipated, because his eyes glazed over.

    “Your food is ready.”

Just then, the door opened, and the staff arrived with their course meal.

    “Wow…”

“Consommé jelly with lemon crème fraîche, Ossetra caviar, octopus ceviche with romaine salad, potato soup with truffle and fresh mozzarella, salmon papillote, ravioli pasta with abalone, Hanwoo beef tenderloin steak, and finally, raspberry meringue cake.”

The staff diligently described each dish.

Bomin was barely listening, his attention captured by the feast before him.

He picked up his fork, eagerly tasting each dish. And then he realized that he was the only one eating.

“Why… aren’t you eating? Seohun-ah, do you not like the food? Should we order something else?”

    “Not at all.”

    “No, I like it.”

Both Kim Seohun and Shi Yu-hyeon were full just from watching Bomin eat.

He looked different when he was enjoying food. It was a different kind of… looseness compared to when he was having s*x. He was just as captivating, his expression as mesmerizing.

They could taste the sweetness, the savoriness, the tanginess, the richness of the food through him.

Bomin continued eating after Kim Seohun and Shi Yu-hyeon started, their forks and knives finally clinking against their plates.

    “This is so good…”

Bomin sighed contentedly as he savored a piece of tenderloin steak. It was perfectly cooked, the sauce complementing the flavor of the meat without overpowering it.

“Here, Bomin-ah, have some of mine.”

Kim Seohun placed a piece of his steak onto Bomin’s plate. Bomin had already devoured most of his, leaving only a single piece.

    “Thank you…”

Bomin, who had been lamenting the dwindling steak, beamed at him.

“You should try this dish too, Bomin-ssi.”

Shi Yu-hyeon, not to be outdone, offered Bomin a bite of his salmon papillote.

    “I don’t think I can eat any more…”

Although the portions were small, Bomin had consumed more than half of the food.

He finally surrendered, his stomach full. And then he remembered why he had come here.

    “Ah, right.”

Bomin attempted to get up, but his legs wobbled, and he would have fallen if Shi Yu-hyeon hadn’t caught him.

He ended up on Shi Yu-hyeon’s lap, their bodies pressed close.

He shifted uncomfortably, his full stomach pressing against Shi Yu-hyeon.

    “I’ll guide you…”

    “Bomin-ssi, are you sur—”

Shi Yu-hyeon’s words were cut off as Bomin’s lips captured his. He closed his eyes, savoring the taste of Bomin, his tongue exploring his mouth. As much as he loved good food, kissing Bomin was a feast in itself.

His hand, initially on Bomin’s back to steady him, slipped under his shirt.

    “Hmm…”

Bomin tilted his head, deepening the kiss as he felt Shi Yu-hyeon’s hand on his bare skin. He rubbed his clothed erection against Shi Yu-hyeon’s thigh.

Shi Yu-hyeon’s hand roamed down Bomin’s back, his fingers tracing his spine before moving to his front, pinching his hardened n*pple.

    “Hng…”

    Bomin’s body trembled.

    “Bomin-ah…”

Bomin, startled by the soft plea, pulled back. A silvery strand of saliva connected their lips before breaking.

“This isn’t really the place… Should we go somewhere else?”

Bomin, leaning closer, whispered in his ear.
