Han Junzhou was stunned as he gazed into Bai Chengyu’s eyes, watching as their deep emerald hue grew clear and luminous, like polished jade. It turned out Bai Chengyu had never been wearing colored contacts—his eyes genuinely glimmered with a vibrant radiance. Now, they sparkled like precious gemstones.
While marveling at this unexpected discovery, Han Junzhou’s heart melted as Bai Chengyu’s soft, slightly drunk voice expressed envy tinged with admiration: “Being your Omega must be so lucky.”
Han Junzhou smiled warmly and gently tousled Bai Chengyu’s hair. “Then hurry up and become my omega…” he said softly. But the boy didn’t hear him—he was already slipping into a hazy state.
After finishing the last of his sweet osmanthus wine, the drink’s delicate fragrance seemed almost lost amidst the potent blend of their intertwining rose-like pheromones. Supporting Bai Chengyu, Han Junzhou scooped him up, one arm securely under his knees, and carried him back toward the house. As he stood at the threshold of the so-called “treatment room,” his lips curled into a wry smile, feeling that he once again dislike Bai Chengyui’s idea of a treatment room. Intead, he turned around and carried the little leopard into his guest room.
The night unfolded in waves of fiery passion, both unrestrained and consuming. Despite his intoxicated state, Bai Chengyu’s instincts remained intact, his alertness blending oddly with his vulnerability. Han Junzhou reined in his Alpha urges, subduing the fierceness that lurked beneath his exterior. Instead, he traced Bai Chengyu’s body with lips and tongue, his every movement deliberate and tender.
When Han Junzhou’s lips brushed against the sensitive gland at the back of Bai Chengyu’s neck, Bai Chenyu froze, his entire body tensing like a startled predator. Before Bai Chengyu could react, Han Junzhou whispered soothing reassurances between deep kisses:
“Don’t be afraid.”
“I won’t bite.”
“Just relax.”
His tongue moved in rhythmic strokes over the gland, stirring a tingling sensation that spread through Bai Chengyu’s body. The Alpha’s unique pheromones, rich with the warm, woody undertones of rosewood, melded seamlessly with Bai Chengyu’s rose-like scent. Together, their pheromones created a perfect symphony—a blend neither had realized they lacked until now.
As Han Junzhou’s saliva coated the sensitive skin of Bai Chengyu’s neck, their connection deepened. At the same time, his movements grew more intimate, his lower body pressing forward with unrelenting determination. Bai Chengyu’s body, as sweet as honey, had already yielded to him. The soft, trembling warmth welcomed him as though greeting a familiar presence, drawing him in with fervent anticipation.
The Omega welcomed the Alpha’s presence. Their bodies intertwined into one, their souls tightly bound together. Each withdrawal and reentry reverberated from flesh to spirit, creating a wave-like resonance, akin to the deep hum of a grand bell struck with force. Bai Chengyu’s already hazy mind buzzed relentlessly.
The rhythm quickened, and the force intensified. Bai Chengyu, held firmly by his waist, could not move, his body helplessly rising and falling in sync with Han Junzhou’s momentum. At that moment, he resembled a small, drenched fish caught on board during a storm, tossed about by the surging tides.
The waves grew higher, the floral fragrance thickened, and their breaths became labored as though the very oxygen had been replaced by each other’s pheromones. The rich aroma of roses enveloped them, so overwhelming it felt like drowning. Han Junzhou finally reached the innermost depths. Though protected, their union remained profound. The swollen base lodged tightly into the Omega’s most tender and delicate space, the intense constriction locking the Alpha in place, refusing to let him escape even for a second. The ache, tingling, and tension reached their peak, delivering an overwhelming release that resonated through every fiber of their beings.
For Bai Chengyu, usually so stubborn, a soft whimper escaped his lips—a sound of profound satisfaction. Even through the barrier, he could feel the intense, powerful surge, a vivid reminder of their extraordinary compatibility. Their 96% match did not require marking or the exchange of fluids to intoxicate them utterly, rendering them powerless against this irresistible connection. Han Junzhou couldn’t help but wonder what it would feel like if they truly marked each other, allowing their pheromones to intertwine without restraint.
Han Junzhou held Bai Chengyu tightly. The boy’s supple body and long legs instinctively wrapped around him. The Omega’s contracting warmth sent jolts of stimulation through the Alpha. Though he had just released his energy, another surge of vitality brewed within him, threatening to reignite his desires.
But Bai Chengyu had no strength left. Exhausted, his trembling body finally relaxed as the overwhelming spasms subsided. The constriction eased, freeing the Alpha. Limbs went limp as they fell back onto the bed, utterly spent. Though the experience had been beyond words, Bai Chengyu needed time to recover, to breathe in fresh air.
Han Junzhou noticed his little leopard’s fatigue. The boy, usually brimming with energy, now lay sprawled on the bed, too drained even to close his legs fully. His limp form exuded vulnerability, his once-taut body now pliant and motionless. Han Junzhou’s heart ached. He hadn’t expected Bai Chengyu, drunk and uninhibited, to pour himself out so completely. Tonight’s passion had drained the boy entirely.
Gently, Han Junzhou embraced Bai Chengyu, waiting for his breathing to steady. Though his own body still pulsed with unspent desire, he restrained himself. As much as he longed to continue, Bai Chengyu had reached his limit. Han Junzhou was no saint, but neither was he a beast. He could never bring himself to act against someone so utterly defenseless.
Bai Chengyu’s breaths slowly evened out, his long exhale signaling that he had fallen asleep. Han Junzhou carefully got up, grabbing some wet wipes to clean himself. Then he went to the bathroom, returning with a warm towel to tend to Bai Chengyu. The soft cloth glided over the boy’s body, leaving faint traces of moisture on his tanned skin. Under the dim, warm light, his skin shimmered like honey.
Honey infused with the scent of roses.
Bai Chengyu’s body bore the marks of discipline—a firm musculature, faded scars from martial arts practice, and faint bruises yet to heal. Callouses adorned his palms and knuckles, evidence of relentless training. His toes, once curled tightly in the throes of ecstasy, now lay relaxed against a pillow. Despite his youthful features, often hardened in a defiant scowl, a hint of innocence still lingered.
The sharp edges in Bai Chengyu’s usual demeanor seemed to have softened tonight, dulled by the combined effects of alcohol and passion. Normally an energetic, vigilant young man—like a sleek and alert leopard—he now lay sated, exuding an almost impossible sweetness in his softness.
Han Junzhou watched him, momentarily mesmerized. Unable to resist, he leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on Bai Chengyu’s forehead.
Bai Chengyu stirred slightly, his forehead tickled. He made a small sound of protest, “Mm,” and weakly waved his hand as if shooing away a fly. Squinting, he cracked open one eye, his gaze landing on Han Junzhou.
Han Junzhou froze, unsure of Bai Chengyu’s reaction. Would the boy suddenly erupt in anger? But instead, Bai Chengyu gave him a fleeting, almost imperceptible smile before closing his eyes again and slipping back into sleep.
It was a light, brief smile, but it conveyed absolute trust.
After a quick shower, Han Junzhou climbed back into bed, his courage bolstered as he dared to cuddle Bai Chengyu. Embraced, they slept soundly until morning.
Indeed, sleeping beside a leopard required immense bravery.
Hours later, as the faint light of dawn seeped in, Han Junzhou was abruptly awakened by a sharp kick, sending him rolling off the bed. Rubbing his aching waist, he looked up in confusion to meet Bai Chengyu’s groggy but crimson-flushed, irate face.
“Why are you in my bed?” the boy growled, his tone laced with indignation.
“You should take a closer look. This is the guest room you gave me,” Han Junzhou muttered, crawling back onto the bed. He pulled the covers over himself and continued grumbling, “You’re the one in my bed.”
“Then—then—” Bai Chengyu stammered, still angry. “Why am I here? Why didn’t you take me back to my room?” His flushed face betrayed more embarrassment than true anger.
“I was too tired last night. Don’t make a fuss. Let’s sleep a little longer,” Han Junzhou mumbled groggily, reaching out to pull Bai Chengyu back down. In one swift motion, he tipped the boy into his arms. “It’s Tuesday. Later, I’ll ride with you to class,” he added, his voice thick with drowsiness. Without thinking, he pressed another kiss—this time on Bai Chengyu’s eyebrow.
Bai Chengyu froze in shock. This audacious Alpha had dared to kiss him! Flailing, he struggled to get up, poised to launch into a tirade, when Han Junzhou’s hoarse, clingy voice interrupted him:
“Xiaoyu, be good. Stay with me for a little longer. I’m tired… I want to sleep.” As he spoke, he tightened his hold, his cheek nuzzling the top of Bai Chengyu’s head.
“…” The boy fell silent. Being restrained in such a manner, kissed and soothed with such tender words—words that he would normally consider provocations—should have triggered his anger. But then came the Alpha’s soft plea: I’m tired. The vulnerability in those words felt less like an order and more like a gentle request for comfort.
It wasn’t unpleasant.
The tension in Bai Chengyu’s body gradually dissipated. That lingering “Xiaoyu” softened the leopard, transforming him into a quiet little fish that willingly swam into Han Junzhou’s tender embrace.
Without realizing it, Bai Chengyu responded to the name—a nickname he normally forbade anyone to use.
Han Junzhou’s breathing grew deep and steady. Bai Chengyu grumbled under his breath, “I don’t want to be good,” before turning his back to Han Junzhou in a sulky gesture. Though he feigned reluctance, his softened form naturally fit into Han Junzhou’s arms.
Han Junzhou squinted, a satisfied smile playing on his lips as he stole a glance at the back of Bai Chengyu’s head. Pulling him even closer, he drifted back into a blissful sleep.
Both of them were incredibly comfortable.
But being too comfortable came at a cost—they overslept.
The calls of the Black Shadow guards outside the door to wake their masters jolted both Han Junzhou and Bai Chengyu awake. Panicked, they glanced at the clock and realized there was less than thirty minutes until class started. Jumping out of bed, they hurriedly scrambled to get ready in utter chaos.
Han Junzhou swiftly finished washing up. Since the guest room was already stocked with several sets of his clothes, he casually grabbed one and began dressing. While fastening his tie, he couldn’t help but chuckle as he listened to the ruckus coming from the next room.
Meanwhile, Bai Chengyu dashed back to his own room, hastily brushing his teeth and washing his face. He threw on his pants, grabbed his shirt, and rushed out, trying to slip it on as he ran. In his haste, he mistakenly shoved his head into a sleeve, ending up stuck with his head protruding from the wrong opening. Frustrated, he tugged at the fabric and spun around in the hallway like a headless chicken.
Han Junzhou, halfway through tying his tie, couldn’t take it anymore. Walking out of his room, he grabbed Bai Chengyu, pulled off the boy’s shirt, and helped him put it on properly. Giving him a gentle push toward the living room, he urged, “Go eat breakfast quickly.”
But there was no time for breakfast. Bai Chengyu hurriedly shoved two plates of bacon and toast into separate bags and yelled at Han Junzhou to hurry up.
The two of them, in complete disarray, grabbed their bags and coats and dashed out of Qinglang Pavilion. They jumped into the Blackguard’s car, panting as the vehicle sped down the road. Bai Chengyu tossed a bag of toast to Han Junzhou, who didn’t have time to eat. As he tugged at his slightly curly hair, he asked, “Does my hair look messy?”
Bai Chengyu reached out to flatten the unruly curls. But as soon as he lifted his hand, the stubborn strands sprang back into place, refusing to be tamed. Bai Chengyu couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
Once he started laughing, he couldn’t stop. Han Junzhou joined in, both of them laughing uncontrollably. These two usually disciplined and self-restrained individuals had overslept and ended up in such a comical mess.
Black Shadow driver, in the driver’s seat, silently raised the partition, not wanting to know what was causing their hysteria.
As their laughter subsided, Bai Chengyu hesitated before reaching out to adjust Han Junzhou’s tie. “Your tie’s crooked,” he murmured softly.
“Mm,” Han Junzhou responded, his voice full of amusement. “Thank you, Xiaoyu.”
Bai Chengyu’s ears turned red as he quickly turned to look out the car window, ignoring him. Han Junzhou, on the other hand, felt deeply gratified. At least this time, there were no tantrums or blows.
In the end, this hapless teacher-student duo sprinted across campus together—only to both arrive fifteen minutes late.
