Side Story #4. A Secret Outing

    “…What?”

“What do you mean ‘what’? It’s our date day!”

Bomin rubbed his eyes, his body swaying gently. He was still half-asleep, and Han Biseong was showering him with kisses.

He frowned, annoyed by the sudden onslaught of affection. Then, he turned his head, seeking Han Biseong’s lips.

    Mhm…”

A soft moan escaped his lips as they kissed. His voice was hoarse, his throat raw from having rough sex with Shi Yu-hyeon until dawn.

    “Where are we going?”

“I’m taking you on a… normal date.”

Bomin, after a long kiss, finally looked around. Han Biseong was carrying him, walking at a brisk pace. The scenery blurred past them.

“A ‘normal’ date with you doesn’t seem very… normal.”

    “Why not?”

“Put your hand on your heart and tell me the truth.”

    “Done.”

“You’re really… taking me on a normal date? For real?”

    “Yes, I am.”

Bomin eyed him suspiciously. This was the guy who had asked for a gangbang for his birthday.

And for their last date, he had brought a heat-inducing gel, using it to thoroughly prepare Bomin’s hole. They hadn’t left the bedroom all day. He had assumed this date would be the same, but… he had woken up in Han Biseong’s arms, already outside.

“And when did you change my clothes?”

He had fallen asleep naked, tangled up with Shi Yu-hyeon.

    “While you were… sleeping?”

He couldn’t stay angry, not with Han Biseong looking at him with that mischievous grin. He rested his head against Han Biseong’s shoulder, his nose brushing against his neck.

Han Biseong’s scent filled him with a sense of warmth, his drowsiness returning.

    “…I’m sleepy.”

“Sleep a little longer. We’re not there yet.”

He hadn’t even asked where they were going. He was a little worried about what Han Biseong had planned, but his eyelids were heavy.

He drifted off to sleep, lulled by the gentle patting on his back.

    * * *

    “An amusement park?”

“Yeah. You said you hadn’t been to one in ages.”

He had said it offhandedly while watching a TV show. He had seen a couple on a dating show having fun at an amusement park, and the words had just slipped out.

    “It’s… empty.”

    “I rented the entire place.”

    “Is that even possible?”

It was a weekday afternoon, but amusement parks were always crowded. Even the threat of monsters couldn’t deter people from having fun.

But he was right. He couldn’t see a single other guest. The only people around were the staff manning the rides and shops.

    “Money can buy anything.”

Han Biseong smirked, his thumb and index finger forming a circle. Amusement park tickets had gotten more expensive since the emergence of monsters.

Expensive protective artifacts were installed everywhere as a precaution, and the Association charged a hefty fee to have Espers stationed there during operating hours.

It had become a luxury only the wealthy could afford. Bomin’s eyes widened as he calculated how much this must have cost Han Biseong.

    “You’re surprisingly… cheap.”

It was true. Han Biseong, despite his personality and looks, wasn’t frivolous with his money. He was the most frugal out of all of them.

    “Nothing’s too expensive for you.”

Bomin chuckled. Han Biseong had changed so much.

Those words, so affectionate, made their first encounter feel like a distant memory. Han Biseong took his hand, their fingers interlacing.

Bomin squeezed back, his hand dwarfed by Han Biseong’s.

    Han Biseong beamed.

    “You look good today.”

“Why? Are you falling for me all over again?”

    “Yes.”

Han Biseong’s eyes widened at his frank response. Bomin smiled. He was enjoying seeing Han Biseong flustered.

“I’ve always wanted to try one of those.”

Bomin, tugging on his hand, led him towards a shop.

    “Welcome!”

The employee, as if they had been informed, greeted them with a smile.

“Hello. Help me pick one out. Which one do you think would look good on me?”

Bomin, after greeting them, gestured towards the display of headbands. Han Biseong, snapping out of his daze, scanned the merchandise.

“…You really… want to wear one?”

“Of course. It’s a must-have accessory at an amusement park.”

Bomin hadn’t been to an amusement park in ages either. They hadn’t had this kind of variety when he was a kid.

He was determined to experience it all.

    “This one would suit you.”

He couldn’t imagine himself wearing one, but… he liked the idea of Bomin wearing it. He picked out a pair of black cat ears and gently placed them on Bomin’s head.

    “Would you like a mirror?”

    “Yes, please.”

The employee, their timing impeccable, handed him a mirror. Bomin, pleased with his reflection, nodded, then turned to Han Biseong.

“You don’t have to wear one if you don’t want to.”

“We’re on a date, remember? Couples share everything, even a single bean.”

He wasn’t sure why he had said that, but his tone was firm. Han Biseong sighed, picking out the most normal-looking one he could find.

    “Then… this one.”

    Hmm… not bad.”

It was a pair of tiger ears, the same color as Bomin’s. Bomin, standing on his tiptoes, placed them on Han Biseong’s head. He smiled as Han Biseong bent down, making it easier for him.

“I’ll take these. Please ring them up.”

    “One moment.”

The employee, taking the card Han Biseong handed them, disappeared into the back. Han Biseong, using his powers, discreetly burned off the price tag.

    “Did you burn my hair?”

    “No, don’t worry.”

He had singed a strand, actually. He quickly plucked it out, making sure Bomin didn’t notice.

“What ride do you want to go on?”

    Hmm…

If the park had been crowded, he would have gone for the most popular ride first. But they had the entire place to themselves.

“Can we… go on all of them, in order?”

“Of course. I rented the place so we wouldn’t have to wait in line.”

Bomin blushed at his words. He rarely went out. Their mansion was huge, with plenty of entertainment options.

It had been partially destroyed when he lost his memory, and they had taken the opportunity to make it even bigger. They even added a pool on the rooftop.

Swimming in the rooftop pool, with a view of the ocean, had become one of Bomin’s favorite activities.

He had gone on dates with each of them, but those had mostly been shopping trips or dinners at fancy restaurants. He was excited to finally be able to have fun.

“Then… let’s go on that one!”

He pointed towards a spinning ride that resembled a giant hamster wheel. Han Biseong nodded, then led him towards it.

    “You can board immediately.”

    “Thank you.”

They boarded the ride without having to wait, the employee securing their safety harnesses. Bomin fit perfectly.

Han Biseong, however, was tall and broad-shouldered, and he had to awkwardly spread his legs and hunch over.

“Why are you looking at me like that?”

“You look like you want me to suck you off.”

    “Wanna suck?”

    “No.”

Bomin wasn’t going to risk choking on Han Biseong’s c*ck while spinning around. The ride started, the employee’s voice guiding them through the safety procedures.

Whoa! It’s faster than I thought!”

    “…Yeah.”

Han Biseong didn’t understand why anyone would pay money to be spun around like this. But… he could see Bomin’s happy face. That was all that mattered.

He wanted to bring him here again.

    “It’s already over?”

    “Disappointed? Want to go again?”

Bomin fiddled with his safety harness as the ride came to a stop. They could ride it ten times in a row if Bomin wanted to.

    “No, there are other rides.”

Bomin shook his head. There were so many other rides to try.

    “Your hair’s a mess.”

Bomin, picking up his cat ears, was about to put them back on. Han Biseong gently smoothed his hair, then placed the headband back on his head.

    He kissed his flushed cheek.

    “You’re so sweet today.”

“I can be just as affectionate as Jeong Hotae and Shi Yu-hyeon, you know.”

Bomin almost said that he wasn’t quite there yet, but then he changed his mind, a small smile playing on his lips. Han Biseong, sensing his unspoken thoughts, was about to say something when…

    “Let’s ride that one next!”

Bomin, pointing to a nearby rollercoaster, pulled him along. It was a classic amusement park ride. They were walking towards it, hand in hand, when Han Biseong suddenly stopped.

    “Why?”

“Can I… do something I want to do?”

    “Sure. It’s our date.”

    “Then… I want to do… that.”

Bomin’s eyes widened as he followed Han Biseong’s finger. It was an unexpected request.

He hesitated for a moment, his fingers playing with his cat ears, then nodded. Han Biseong had rented the entire amusement park for him. He could do whatever he wanted.

“Okay. Let’s go take some pictures.”

    “Really?”

    “Yes.”

Han Biseong was surprised. Bomin didn’t like taking pictures. He would occasionally allow the others to take pictures or videos of him, but…

“I’m going to show off when we get home.”

He was acting like a child, excited to brag to the others. Bomin shook his head, smiling.

    They entered the photo booth.

    “I’ve never done this before.”

Bright lights flashed as they entered. Bomin looked around, then at Han Biseong, his expression helpless. He wasn’t good with machines.

    “Hold on.”

Han Biseong had never done this either. He wouldn’t have even thought of it if he hadn’t been with Bomin. He was amazed by how much Bomin was changing him.

“It looks like you just swipe your card and take pictures.”

He scanned the instructions, then swiped his card. A beep sounded, their faces appearing on the screen.

    “It takes pictures right away?”

“I think so? Look, the numbers are going down.”

A timer in the corner of the screen was counting down. Bomin chuckled nervously. He felt awkward.

    “You’re even more…”

    “Yes?”

    “Beautiful… in the light.”

Han Biseong, unlike Bomin, seemed to be a natural, his hand reaching out to cup Bomin’s face as the timer went off.

He then leaned in, his lips brushing against Bomin’s, his eyes crinkling at the corners. He pulled Bomin closer, his other arm wrapping around his waist. Their bodies pressed close.

    “Hey, we haven’t even… hng…”

Bomin, surprised by the prominent bulge pressing against him, started to complain, but his words were cut off as Han Biseong captured his lips in a kiss. The sound of the camera shutter seemed to fade away as they kissed.

    “Your lips are swollen.”

    “Whose fault is that?”

In what could be considered both a long and short kiss, Bomin’s lips became swollen.

    “Mine, of course.”

Han Biseong, though Bomin’s tone was accusing, grinned, as if he had been complimented. But Bomin, who had enjoyed the kiss, smiled, his gaze turning to the screen.

“So… now we choose the photos?”

    “Yeah. I like this one.”

The pictures were… suggestive. Han Biseong had been groping him while they kissed. He had chosen one where Bomin’s eyes were glazed over with lust.

    “Then I want this one.”

“I think we need to choose two more.”

Bomin had chosen the first one, where Han Biseong had kissed him. But a message on the screen told them they needed to choose two more.

    “You choose.”

Bomin let Han Biseong choose. They all looked the same to him.

Han Biseong, his expression serious, selected two more, then pressed the print button.

    “You like them that much?”

    “Yeah.”

Bomin, seeing the soft smile on Han Biseong’s face, couldn’t help but smile too.
