Han Mingxiu’s playful teasing left Xia Ye completely out of breath. Having been celibate and devoid of intimacy for years, Xia Ye found himself utterly unprepared for such relentless provocation. Yet, his pride kept him from surrendering, so he stubbornly endured the overwhelming mix of pleasure and tension that was both electrifying and maddening. Tears streamed down his face—whether they were from physical or emotional overload, he couldn’t tell. All he knew was that if Han Mingxiu didn’t proceed soon, he might actually cry out of sheer frustration.
At long last, Han Mingxiu moved to the next step. Xia Ye collapsed onto the bed, panting heavily. They hadn’t even reached the main event, and he already felt like he was at his limit. Han Mingxiu reached over to the nightstand, grabbed a condom, and carefully put it on. He then lifted Xia Ye’s legs, resting them on his shoulders, and adjusted Xia Ye’s hips for better positioning. Kneeling between Xia Ye’s legs, Han Mingxiu leaned forward slightly, aligning himself carefully before pressing forward.
The Alpha’s presence was commanding, and as he slowly advanced, Xia Ye felt an almost unbearable sensitivity. Every motion teased his nerves in ways that left him trembling. The slow, deliberate pace allowed Xia Ye’s body to recall the sensations it had forgotten over the years. Just when he thought he had adapted to the rhythm, Han Mingxiu unexpectedly pulled out completely, only to plunge back in with decisive force. The wet, rhythmic sounds filled the room, mingling with Xia Ye’s startled cries and Han Mingxiu’s labored breaths, creating an intoxicatingly sensual atmosphere.
Wave after wave of sensation crashed over Xia Ye, each one stronger than the last. Han Mingxiu’s scent enveloped him—this time, it wasn’t the suffocating aroma that had once haunted his nightmares. Instead, it was warm and tender, like an embrace that promised to drown him in boundless affection.
One of Xia Ye’s legs slipped weakly off Han Mingxiu’s shoulder, prompting him to shift their positions slightly. He turned Xia Ye onto his side, propping a small pillow beneath his waist for support. Holding onto one of Xia Ye’s legs draped over his own, Han Mingxiu resumed his pace with renewed vigor. The movements were deliberate and precise, leaving Xia Ye quivering uncontrollably. His entire body seemed to hum with warmth, and the sensation built up to a near-unbearable crescendo.
Xia Ye’s breath quickened, each exhale carrying a soft, almost whispered moan.
“Ah… ha… ah… ah…” His cries grew shorter and sharper as Han Mingxiu’s movements intensified. “Ah… ah… ah… ah!” It seemed like he was on the brink of release.
But just as Xia Ye was teetering on the edge, Han Mingxiu slowed his pace, much to Xia Ye’s dismay. Lowering Xia Ye’s legs, he adjusted into a seated position. Finding the angle insufficient, he made a sudden decision and scooped Xia Ye up entirely, lifting him off the bed. Startled by the sudden change, Xia Ye let out a gasp and instinctively clung to Han Mingxiu, wrapping his arms tightly around his neck and locking his legs around his waist. The unexpected movement caused a surge of sensation that left both men breathless. Han Mingxiu chuckled softly, giving Xia Ye’s backside a reassuring pat before steadying him, ensuring there was no reason to be afraid.
As Han Mingxiu carried Xia Ye through the room, each step felt like a deliberate tease, drawing them deeper into a shared vortex of sensation. Xia Ye clung tightly to him, a mix of anticipation and trepidation coursing through him with every movement. His mind raced, half-distracted by the surreal nature of their shifting location and the heady intimacy of the moment.
Han Mingxiu finally settled them on the plush sofa, its soft cushions forming a new stage for their connection. The change in position brought a fresh intensity, leaving Xia Ye breathless. His hands clutched at Han Mingxiu’s shoulders as he let out soft, muffled sounds, his emotions caught between exhilaration and vulnerability.
Han Mingxiu adjusted their posture, encouraging Xia Ye to move with him. Though tentative at first, Xia Ye’s body gradually found its rhythm, their synergy growing stronger with each shared moment. The air around them seemed to pulse with the overwhelming scent of fir, warm and inviting, wrapping them in a cocoon of passion.
But Han Mingxiu’s focus never wavered. As Xia Ye’s energy began to wane, he took over once more, his movements precise and unyielding. Xia Ye, caught in the storm of their shared intensity, gripped him tightly, his voice breaking into breathy calls as his body trembled under the relentless tide of sensation.
In a moment of overwhelming instinct, Han Mingxiu’s lips found the sensitive nape of Xia Ye’s neck, a fleeting mark of possession and yearning. Yet, just as his teeth grazed the surface, he stopped, his sense of control returning. He couldn’t push past this boundary—not without Xia Ye’s consent. Instead, he softened the touch, his warm breath soothing the delicate skin.
Their shared moment reached its crescendo, leaving them both spent yet sated. Xia Ye’s head rested against Han Mingxiu’s chest, his features serene despite the flush of exhaustion. Han Mingxiu, ever attentive, brushed a strand of hair away from Xia Ye’s damp forehead, his heart swelling with tenderness as he looked down at the man in his arms.
For the first time in a long while, there was no lingering shadow of regret or bitterness between them. Xia Ye’s gaze met Han Mingxiu’s, and a soft smile graced his lips—a smile that carried no pretense, only a quiet contentment.
“What’s with you today? So reserved.” Han Mingxiu teased lightly, his hand tracing gentle circles on Xia Ye’s cheek. “Was it too much, or did I fail to meet the gentleman’s expectations?”
His playful tone masked a deeper concern. He worried about Xia Ye’s still-recovering health, uncertain if their earlier fervor had been too much for him to bear.
Xia Ye had been smiling lightly, but when he heard Han Mingxiu’s question, his expression slowly faded. He straightened up, and the knot that had formed inside him gradually returned to its normal size. As Xia Ye moved, Han Mingxiu’s member slipped out of his body. The moment it left, Xia Ye frowned slightly, letting out a soft whimper.
“What’s wrong? Does it hurt that much?” Han Mingxiu asked nervously. He adjusted Xia Ye’s bathrobe, which had fallen open and now hung loosely from his arms, carefully wrapping it back around his smooth body. At the same time, he gently massaged Xia Ye’s lower back and waist.
“Senior,” Xia Ye suddenly called, his tone carrying a strange weight. He lowered his head, resting his forehead against Han Mingxiu’s chest but remaining silent.
“Hmm?” Han Mingxiu responded, unsure of what was on Xia Ye’s mind. As he stroked Xia Ye’s back—a gesture Xia Ye had always found comforting after intimacy—he waited patiently for him to speak.
“I’ve often thought about it since then,” Xia Ye said quietly, his head still bowed. “Was I too… enthusiastic in bed before? Is that why you thought I could be with anyone?” His voice grew softer with each word, stifled and heavy with emotion. A tear slipped from his eye, landing warmly on Han Mingxiu’s abdomen. “Did you think… I was cheap?”
The teardrop on his skin burned like molten iron, making Han Mingxiu freeze as pain seared through him. It was as though a poison-tipped blade had pierced Xia Ye’s chest—he may have managed to pull it out, but it left behind a gaping wound, festering and raw.
Xia Ye’s desires had been nurtured and shaped by him. Together, they had explored, learned, and grown. “How could I not like it?” Han Mingxiu murmured dazedly, his heart aching. He wanted nothing more than to embrace this man, who had forced himself to be strong yet remained so fragile. But Xia Ye’s body was stiff, so instead, Han Mingxiu took his hand and gently kneaded it. “It’s not like that. You know it’s not like that. Everything about you is because of me—because I taught you. How could I not love you? How could I ever think of you as…” He couldn’t bring himself to utter words that would insult Xia Ye.
“And do you…” Xia Ye hesitated before asking in a small voice, “…prefer how I used to be?”
“Yes. Of course, I liked it,” Han Mingxiu immediately reassured him. “I loved it. I’ve always loved how passionate and straightforward you were. Xia Ye, you don’t need to suppress yourself. I love it—I really do.”
“But…” Xia Ye’s voice darkened again. “My gland has shrunk. My desire isn’t as strong as it used to be. I might never be as fiery and passionate as I was before. Will you still like me then?” His tone was laced with sorrow.
“I—I—I will,” Han Mingxiu stammered, flustered. “I’ll love you no matter what. Whether you’re passionate or a little calmer—it doesn’t matter. I… I’m not lying. As long as it’s you, I’ll love you.” He was so anxious to explain himself that he ended up fumbling over his words. His earlier declaration about loving Xia Ye’s fiery nature now felt contradictory, as if he were trying to cover up with hasty assurances. Even to himself, he sounded insincere.
Han Mingxiu released Xia Ye’s hand, pulling him into a tight embrace instead. His urgency and panic were evident in his actions. But then, he suddenly heard a low chuckle from Xia Ye, who had been keeping his head down. Relaxing into Han Mingxiu’s arms, Xia Ye snuggled lazily against him.
“It’s nothing,” Xia Ye said lightly, his tone playful. “I was just digging a hole for you to fall into. I was teasing you.”
Han Mingxiu looked down at Xia Ye’s red-rimmed eyes beneath his long lashes and realized he was putting up a front again. Xia Ye was trying to mask his sudden bout of sadness by pretending it was a joke, as if his vulnerability could be brushed aside with humor.
There may have been some teasing, but the pain was genuine, too.
