As Park Dong-sik headed to the kitchen, he watched Kim Jun-han, who was leaning back on the sofa with his eyes closed. It was unsettling how he hadn’t moved from that position for a while. After drinking a glass of water, Park Dong-sik approached the sofa, and Kim Jun-han spoke without bothering to open his eyes.

    “Go to bed.”

After some hesitation, Park Dong-sik sat down across from him.

“Aren’t you going to sleep, sir…?”

Kim Jun-han opened his eyes and looked at Park Dong-sik. Seeing his hostile gaze, Park Dong-sik regretted not going to bed right away. He smiled brightly, trying to improve Kim Jun-han’s mood, but this only made Kim Jun-han’s expression more disapproving in the end.

    “Something to smile about?”

“Come on, why are you like this? You’re reminding me of when we first met. Return to being the kind Jun-han. Snap!”

When Park Dong-sik snapped his fingers in front of him, surprisingly, Kim Jun-han’s gaze grew even more fierce. Feeling embarrassed, Park Dong-sik rubbed his palms together and tried to change the subject. Come to think of it, Kim Tae-han must have fallen asleep as it was quiet. He glanced at the bedroom door, but then unexpected words poured out of the other man’s mouth.

“Are you worried? Is that why you can’t sleep? Afraid I might strangle Tae-han?”

“Oh please, why would a brother strangle his sibling? You’re not that kind of person…”

He tried to deny it, but the words wouldn’t come out. Park Dong-sik got up and went to Kim Jun-han’s side. Looking at his profile, his long eyelashes remained perfectly still as he stared straight ahead.

When Park Dong-sik tried to gently lean on his shoulder, Kim Jun-han stood up, causing Park Dong-sik to lose his balance and fall ungracefully to the side. Half-sprawled on the sofa, Park Dong-sik looked up at Kim Jun-han and pleaded.

“Stop being angry. I said I was sorry.”

“Sorry for what? Touching Tae-han’s face? Or kissing him?”

“I touched his face because he had a fever, and the kiss wasn’t my intention.”

    “Be honest.”

    “About what?”

“Do you like Kim Tae-han? Do you still want the three of us to live together? That’s what I’m asking.”

Park Dong-sik was taken aback and couldn’t answer right away. If asked who he liked more between the two, it was definitely Kim Jun-han. But if asked whether he disliked Kim Tae-han, that wasn’t exactly the truth either. He was annoying yet pitiful, irritating yet concerning.

However, his feelings about the three of them living together had definitely changed. In the future he dreamed of, there were only the children and Kim Jun-han.

“You said it yourself, didn’t you? That a person’s heart isn’t something that can be cut off cleanly like with a knife. We’ve even shared our bodies, so do you think things can be neatly sorted out overnight? You said you’d wait without rushing or getting angry. Today’s incident is the same. He collapsed right in front of me, should I have just thrown him away?”

“You should have left him to die, regardless of what happened.”

Park Dong-sik’s jaw dropped in shock, and Kim Jun-han continued coldly.

“If you understood how I felt when I said I’d give up the DNA test, you shouldn’t have acted that way. You should have answered ‘no’ when I just asked if you liked him. Understand?”

As Park Dong-sik stood there looking like he’d been slapped, Kim Jun-han turned and stormed into the study. When Park Dong-sik followed and knocked on the door, there was no response. Though he thought about forcing his way in, he eventually gave up and went back to sit on the sofa.

Time passed as he mulled over Kim Jun-han’s words, hoping he would come out eventually, but the firmly closed door showed no signs of opening. Growing anxious, Park Dong-sik went back and forth to the study several times.

Finally, he whispered “I’m sorry” in front of the door. For only thinking of myself…For not understanding your feelings…But there was no response.

While tossing and turning in his sleep, someone embraced him from behind. Was it Kim Jun-han? Had he come to make up? Before he could think further, hands slipped under his clothes, exploring his body. Sensing something was off, Park Dong-sik turned around and couldn’t hide his shock. Kim Tae-han, who had been moaning in pain earlier, was lying beside him, looking perfectly fine.

    “What, what are you doing?”

Instead of answering, Kim Tae-han climbed on top of Park Dong-sik. Without warning, he lifted Park Dong-sik’s shirt, kissed his stomach, and started sucking and massaging his chest. Ah! Park Dong-sik hurriedly grabbed Kim Tae-han’s hair and forcefully pulled him away.

“You crazy bastard! How did you get in here?!”

    Kim Tae-han smiled slyly.

    “Hee-soo. Why didn’t you answer?”

    “What…?”

“My brother asked if you liked me. Why didn’t you say no? Hm?”

Park Dong-sik was at a loss for words. That was….Before he could answer, Kim Tae-han’s hand slipped into his pants, probing his hole. Park Dong-sik let out a stifled moan and frantically tried to stop his hand.

“Wait, hey, take your hand out! You bastard! I said take it out!”

Kim Tae-han whispered in Park Dong-sik’s ear with a laugh.

“Be honest. You actually enjoyed having sex with me. Once you’ve gotten a taste, how can you give it up so easily? Tell me. You want both my brother and me, don’t you? You’d like one of them to be mine? Even when you’re with my brother, you missed my cock. Right? Answer me, Hee-soo.”

This crazy...While struggling to remove his hand, suddenly the fingers withdrew and a thick cock rubbed against his entrance.

“I’ll fuck you properly. I know exactly where you like to be touched.”

As the cock forcefully spread and entered him, Park Dong-sik swung his fist.

“Stop it, you son of a bitch!”

With a thud, Park Dong-sik opened his eyes and grimaced.

He had been lying facing the wall, and upon closer inspection, his fist was planted against it. Only after blinking several times did he realize it was just a dream, and he withdrew his throbbing fist.

    “Ow, fuck. That really hurts.

“What a weird dream to have.”

As he turned to face the other side, he nearly screamed. Unexpectedly, Kim Jun-han was lying there. Covering his mouth and calming his startled heart, he recalled the dream he just had.

I hope I didn’t say anything strange in my sleep? Did Tae-han’s name slip out? Maybe this is still a dream…?

Uncertain and anxious, he chewed his lip and lightly touched Kim Jun-han’s fingertips. Feeling the warmth, he sighed in relief and relaxed, looking at him closely. Usually when talking to Park Dong-sik in bed, he would lie like this with his arm as a pillow—exactly like now.

As various emotions rushed in, his heart ached.

What did you want to tell me while watching me sleep?

Feeling guilty about his verbal transgressions and the strange dream, he pressed his body as close as possible to the other man. As he tried to sneak his head near Kim Jun-han’s chest, a voice came from above.

    “What are you doing?”

Looking up, Kim Jun-han was watching him with open eyes.

    Park Dong-sik smiled awkwardly.

    “Sorry. I didn’t mean to wake you…”

As he said goodnight and turned around, there was rustling, and then a firm chest pressed against his back. Arms wrapped around his waist, gently caressing his stomach, breath touching his nape, and the scent of pheromones grew stronger.

As the tension eased, his body grew languid and his eyelids heavy. Park Dong-sik placed his hand over Kim Jun-han’s hand on his stomach. While wondering what to say first, Kim Jun-han spoke.

“I’m sorry about earlier. Like you said, I acted all cool, but when I actually saw it, I couldn’t handle my anger. I thought Park Dong-sik’s heart had completely belonged to me, but realizing that might not be the case made me feel foolishly insecure.”

Park Dong-sik kept his mouth tightly shut. There was no room for excuses. It was his fault for avoiding and not properly answering the question. Thinking he should apologize now, he turned around, and unable to look directly at Kim Jun-han’s face, he fidgeted while holding his hand.

“I’m sorry for hurting you by not being clear…Though it might sound like an excuse, I’ve never liked anyone before in my life, and I don’t really know what those feelings are like. So I can’t exactly understand my feelings for Tae-han. But my feelings for you and wanting you to be the twins’ father are sincere. Please know that…”

After listening silently, Kim Jun-han spoke.

“I had a brief talk with Tae-han while you were sleeping.”

Park Dong-sik finally looked up at Kim Jun-han’s face.

“He said he’ll do a DNA test when the babies are born. If they’re his, he wants custody. He’s already consulted with the lawyers.”

Park Dong-sik sat up. This was news to him. Tae-han wants custody? By whose authority? But thinking about it the other way, if they were Tae-han’s children, it would be natural for him to claim custody.

It wasn’t just his imagination that Kim Jun-han’s eyes looked tired.

“He was lying in the hospital like a corpse, so I thought he’d given up. I guess I underestimated Kim Tae-han.”

Park Dong-sik shook his head firmly.

“No. I was confused at first, but now I know for sure. The kids often appear in my dreams, and they’re clearly your children. My intuition is always right…”

Kim Jun-han reached out and cupped Park Dong-sik’s cheek. His mouth was smiling, but there was a chill in his eyes. It was the same look from that winter villa, making Park Dong-sik’s legs turn into jelly.

“I really hope so. Even if they’re not, I’ll find a way. Even if I have to kill Tae-han.”
