OMS 75
by Cherry“It’s been a while, hasn’t it?”
Park Dong-sik awkwardly greeted the doctor he hadn’t seen in five months. The lie he’d coordinated with Madam Song must have been discovered, but seeing the doctor still at the hospital meant either he was extremely skilled or Kim Jun-han had shown mercy.
The doctor looked questioningly at Kim Jun-han’s gauze-covered eyebrow.
“CEO, what happened to your face? Are you hurt?”
“I was hit.”
“…Ah, how did that happen?”
Park Dong-sik raised his hand.
“I did it.”
The doctor’s mouth fell open as he looked between them before changing the subject to start with the ultrasound. Actually, until arriving at the hospital, Park Dong-sik hadn’t fully trusted Kim Jun-han. He woke up to find himself at the hospital, and felt somewhat relieved that Kim Jun-han had quietly waited for him to wake up.
“Could you lift your shirt?”
Before he finished speaking, Park Dong-sik pulled his shirt up to his chest. Kim Jun-han frowned and pulled it back down. When his gaze fell on the protruding belly, Park Dong-sik tensed up nervously.
The doctor smiled slightly at them before pressing the device against his belly. Looking at the screen, he saw life forms completely different from before. Though he’d watched videos while staying at the villa, seeing it in person was truly amazing.
“They’ve grown a lot, haven’t they? Fingers and toes all look normal. Ah, they’re both hiding their faces. Must be shy.”
“Why is the head…so big?”
“Fetuses naturally have larger heads.”
“But doctor.”
“Yes?”
“My ex-husband fired a gun, will that be okay?”
The doctor raised an eyebrow. “What?”
“My ex-husband fired a gun. I’m worried it might’ve frightened the baby.”
“What do you mean…?”
“So, my ex-husband with a gun—”
Kim Jun-han covered his mouth with his large hand, telling him not to worry about it. Park Dong-sik swatted the hand away and glared.
“Feeling guilty about something?”
While they bickered, the doctor frowned at the screen.
“Hmm.” He adjusted his glasses and checked something. Seeing his expression harden, Park Dong-sik felt anxious.
“What is it? What? Is something wrong?”
“The sizes are different…”
“I heard that’s normal for twins…”
“Twins often lead to premature births. Male omegas require C-sections, and if one is too small, the prognosis might not be good. We still have time, so let’s keep monitoring for now.”
Park Dong-sik looked at Kim Jun-han, at a loss for words. Kim Jun-han also silently stared at the screen. In the silence, the doctor, eyes fixed on the screen, asked an unexpected question.
“How frequently do you engage in intimate relations?”
Park Dong-sik made an incredulous face.
“Are you kidding? We’re divorced.”
The doctor smiled awkwardly.
“Sorry. You seemed so close, I forgot.”
“…”
“As I mentioned before, the father’s pheromones are beneficial during pregnancy. Especially during intimacy. But since you’re divorced…well, that’s something for you two to discuss…appropriately…since the babies are the priority. Not saying you must, but, well, you know.”
“…”
“Now let’s listen to the heartbeats.”
When he flipped a switch, rapid thump-thump-thump sounds filled the room. He’d only seen others’ videos before, but hearing it in person was quite moving. The strong beats made his own heart race in response. Just then, as the baby moved on screen, he felt movement in his belly.
Park Dong-sik shouted in surprise.
“Doctor, it just moved!”
“Oh my! Yes, I saw.”
“No, I mean I felt it!”
Excited, he unconsciously looked at Kim Jun-han. He’d expected a look of disgust, but saw the corners of his mouth slightly upturned while watching the screen. When their eyes met, his expression returned to neutral as if nothing had happened.
Afterward, they drew blood for genetic testing and scheduled the next appointment. Leaving, there were new photos in the maternity notebook. The nurse explained they could access today’s video and heartbeat recordings through the hospital app.
Kim Jun-han’s gaze briefly lingered on “YBY” written in the notebook before looking away. He seemed curious but didn’t ask what it meant. Walking through the hospital corridor, people recognized Kim Jun-han and glanced their way.
Feeling anxious, Park Dong-sik hurried out of the hospital as if he were trying to escape. As he crossed the parking lot toward the street, Kim Jun-han came and grabbed his arm.
“Where are you going?”
“To a hotel.”
“Get in. We’re going home.”
“We’re divorced. Why would I go there?”
“Not there. Lee Hee-soo’s home.”
Park Dong-sik instinctively furrowed his brow.
“You’re taking me to Lee Hee-soo’s mom? I hate that guy. He’s such a materialistic person.”
“Is that self-hatred?”
He always had to say something. When he pouted, Kim Jun-han loaded him into the car without further explanation. While reluctantly fastening his seatbelt, Kim Jun-han was smoking a cigarette some distance away. In the bluish dawn light, he looked deep in thought with the cigarette dangling from his lips.
Park Dong-sik opened the notebook to check today’s photos. Worry clouded his face. Was it because he hadn’t eaten enough? Or had his constant talk of alcohol stressed the babies, preventing them from growing?
Looking up with a troubled expression, Kim Jun-han had disappeared. Huh? Looking around, he spotted him coming out of the hospital. Walking to the car, he opened the driver’s door and got in, smelling of soap rather than cigarettes. He placed his jacket in the back and started the engine.
As he turned the wheel, his sleeve rode up, revealing his veins, making Park Dong-sik’s mouth water involuntarily. Their eyes met as he was licking his lips, and he looked away embarrassed.
“What about Kim Yoon-ah and Kim Tae-han…? Are they really safe?”
“Don’t worry. I’ve left them alive as you wanted.”
“That sounds even scarier…”
Kim Jun-han made a call and handed over the phone. After the dial tone, Kim Yoon-ah’s voice came through. She was at the hotel, excited about how large the room was. When asked if he was okay, Park Dong-sik told her the babies had grown and he’d felt them move.
[That’s such a relief!]
He couldn’t bring himself to share his concerns with the genuinely delighted Kim Yoon-ah. After hanging up, they had reached Hannam-dong and stopped in front of a luxury villa.
“Get out.”
“Where is this?”
“I told you. Your home.”
Following him up the parking lot stairs, a vast lawn suddenly appeared. Meticulously maintained trees with benches underneath, flowers, and even a swing. It was flawless, like something from a magazine or drama.
While he stood there in a complete daze, Kim Jun-han headed for the entrance. Opening the door revealed neatly arranged slippers. Past the softly lit corridor was a spacious living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the garden, designed to let in plenty of sunlight. All the furniture was new in warm pastel colors.
“Don’t tell me you’re imprisoning me?”
Pretty luxurious for a prison. While he was distracted looking around, Kim Jun-han strode over with his characteristically long steps and picked up documents from the table. He handed them straight to Park Dong-sik, who absent-mindedly pulled them out. It was a property deed with Lee Hee-soo’s name clearly printed as the rights holder. He looked at Kim Jun-han in surprise.
“What’s this? A divorce gift?”
“Do you like it?”
Park Dong-sik immediately held out his other hand.
“Give me your phone. I want to check how much it’s worth.”
Kim Jun-han frowned.
“Such a materialist.” But he handed it over anyway.
Park Dong-sik searched for the market price and muttered while covering his mouth.
“Wow, I almost wanted to kiss you just now.”
“Go ahead.”
“Huh?”
An awkward atmosphere settled between them, and Park Dong-sik quickly changed the subject while putting the documents back in the envelope.
“Is it okay to accept this? Even though I agreed to take money from your mother?”
“Take from both sides. But there’s a condition.”
There’s always a condition. With an unimpressed expression, he asked what it was.
“Give me time. Time to think about and sort out our relationship.”
Park Dong-sik frowned.
“I don’t understand. Isn’t this backwards? Didn’t you say you wanted a divorce because you’d already sorted things out? You said you were getting remarried.”
“Why would I remarry?”
“That’s what they said on TV?”
“Didn’t you see the article correcting that misinformation?”
“…”
“Anyway, let’s stop here for today. There are bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, sleep wherever you’re comfortable. Ms. Kim Yoon-ah will come here tomorrow.”
“You’re not…staying?”
They both were startled by his impulsive words.
“T-The doctor said the father’s pheromones really helps.”
“…”
“Do you still…think they’re not yours?”
“…”
Kim Jun-han remained silent, and after hesitating, Park Dong-sik grabbed his collar and devoured his lips.
“Let’s find out…”
When he pushed his tongue inside, Kim Jun-han’s hesitant hands wrapped around his waist. As their tongues intertwined, his pheromone scent hit strongly. His body began heating up at the alpha’s pheromones he hadn’t felt in so long.
While kissing deeply, he hurriedly undid Kim Jun-han’s belt and slipped his hand into his pants. The thick cock hardened as he grabbed and stroked it. Wanting to taste it quickly, he pressed against him and ground their bodies together as Kim Jun-han lifted his shirt.
“…Haa.”
Unlike before, he firmly grabbed the swollen chest and brought his tongue to the nipple. Unexpectedly, a chill ran through him along with the sudden urge to vomit. In his aroused state, Park Dong-sik quickly covered his mouth and pushed against Kim Jun-han’s chest.
Their eyes met briefly before Park Dong-sik ran to the bathroom, still covering his mouth. As soon as he grabbed the toilet and dry heaved, the symptoms mysteriously disappeared. After catching his breath, he went to the sink, washed his face, and looked in the mirror. The color had completely drained from his face, clearly looking unwell.
His eyes were filled with bewilderment as he sighed.
Are they really not Kim Jun-han’s…?
He couldn’t bring himself to leave. Damn it. How should he face Jun-han now? After agonizing with his eyes tightly shut, he finally flung open the door with a whatever-happens-happens attitude.
The living room was empty.
His shoes were gone from the entrance too.
Park Dong-sik bit his lip and collapsed weakly onto the sofa. The perfectly maintained garden was visible at a glance. It would be a great environment for the children to play in. He could tell Kim Jun-han had put considerable thought into it.
“Did he have to leave though…”
He closed his eyes tightly.
He remembered Kim Jun-han’s expression when he pushed him away.
It was the same as the first time he showed rejection.
Why do you keep making that hurt face…
“You’re making me feel guilty.”
