SS 6(1) Part 4
by Aoi“I didn’t realize going through airport security would be this complicated.”
“Well, there’s the risk of flying monsters, and the occasional terrorist threat.”
Bomin shuddered, the departure procedures far more complex than in his original world. Thankfully, he, Kim Seohun, and Shi Yu-hyeon were all affiliated with the Association, which meant they were able to board the plane after only two hours.
He was horrified to hear that it took twice as long for ordinary citizens. There was a private jet for Espers on urgent overseas missions, but Bomin couldn’t use it, as this was a personal trip.
“And plane tickets are so expensive.”
The cost of the tickets had given him pause. Even economy class was more expensive than first class in his original world.
And since both Shi Yu-hyeon and Kim Seohun refused to fly economy, he had reluctantly booked first-class tickets. At least they got a discount for being Espers.
Bomin had been pouring most of his earnings into the mansion. He didn’t owe them anything, technically, but he felt responsible for its destruction.
They had initially refused his money, but he had insisted, and now, without his knowledge, they were secretly saving it for him.
He was blissfully unaware of this, lamenting his dwindling funds, despite receiving constant gifts and never having to pay for anything.
And since he was the one who had insisted on this trip, he had paid for everyone’s tickets.
“…I wanted to pay for it…”
Kim Seohun mumbled, his voice dejected. He had no use for his money anyway. Spending it on Bomin made him happier than spending it on himself.
But Bomin had been adamant.
“Then… will you cover our expenses while we’re there?”
Bomin, thinking about his empty bank account, asked Kim Seohun.
“Don’t worry, Bomin-ssi. I’m here too.”
Shi Yu-hyeon, his lips brushing against Bomin’s cheek, whispered sweetly. He found it endearing that Bomin, surrounded by people who would gladly give him everything, was still worried about money.
“Thank you, Yu-hyeon-ssi.”
Bomin smiled, relieved, returning the kiss.

“Please choose one of the three course meals.”
“Okay.”
Bomin was looking at the menu when…
“Bomin-ah, you can order all three.”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
Bomin, at Kim Seohun’s words, beamed, ordering all three courses. The flight attendant, who had initially looked concerned by Bomin’s slender frame, smiled politely and left.
“Everything looks so small.”
Bomin, his face pressed against the window, looked down at the world below. It was hard to believe they were so high up, the land a patchwork of fields and buildings.
“…Is that… flying towards us?”
He suddenly spotted a flying monster heading straight for them. It didn’t seem high-ranked, but even a small monster could bring down the plane if it damaged the wings or engine.
“Don’t worry. There’s a reason why plane tickets are so expensive.”
Kim Seohun chuckled, pointing. The monster, which had been approaching the plane, was suddenly struck by lightning, its body turning into a charred crisp as it plummeted towards the earth.
“Is it… okay for it to fall like that?”
“If it was going to land on the city, they would have obliterated it.”
Bomin nodded, watching the falling monster with morbid fascination. He used to freeze up whenever he saw an Esper using their powers, but…
He was getting used to it.
“Here’s your appetizer.”
Bomin’s attention turned to the flight attendant, who was placing a dish before him.
According to Yoon Bisam, the person he was looking for, ‘Kang Yihan,’ was currently residing in Switzerland.
He had heard them both speaking Korean. He had assumed that if they weren’t from another world, they would be in Korea. He had been wrong.
‘There’s an A-rank Esper and Guide stationed at the Swiss branch.’
Switzerland had a small population of Espers and Guides, considering its size. The Korean Ability Users Association had made an agreement with the Swiss government, sending over high-ranking Espers and Guides a year ago.
‘I believe the person you’re looking for is Guide Kang Yihan, affiliated with the Association.’
Yoon Bisam had shown him a file with a picture of Kang Yihan, the same person he had seen in his vision.

Bomin, diligently shoveling food into his mouth, ran through various scenarios in his head, trying to decide how to approach the person now known as Kang Yihan.
“Bomin-ah, wait.”
Kim Seohun, interrupting his meal, reached out with a napkin, wiping a smudge of sauce from the corner of Bomin’s mouth. Lost in thought, Bomin had been eating messily.
“Thanks.”
Bomin smiled, pressing a light kiss against Kim Seohun’s cheek. Kim Seohun’s face flushed at the simple gesture, even though they had done much more intimate things countless times. Bomin chuckled, finding his reaction endearing.
After their meal, they reclined their seats and slept until the food digested. They ate another meal and slept some more before finally arriving in Switzerland.
“The air is different here. So much cleaner.”
Bomin stretched, his arms reaching above his head, his back cracking.
“It’s my first time in Switzerland too. It’s beautiful. Even more so because I’m here with you, Bomin-ssi.”
Shi Yu-hyeon gently smoothed his hair, his touch light.
“Bomin-ah, the car’s waiting for us.”
Their visit wasn’t official, but S-rank Espers were treated as VIPs in every country.
Bomin, especially, was a highly sought-after Guide, his magic potent.
Shi Yu-hyeon had been specifically instructed by Yoon Bisam to prevent the Swiss government from approaching Bomin with any… ulterior motives.
The car Kim Seohun pointed towards had been provided by the Swiss government. A middle-aged gentleman, tall and impeccably dressed, greeted them with a warm smile.
“Hello.”
“Welcome to Switzerland. I’ll be escorting you to your accommodations.”
It was an odd scene; Bomin greeted him in German, and the man replied in perfect Korean. Bomin’s eyes widened.
He had brought a translation artifact, just in case, but it seemed unnecessary.
“Your Korean is excellent.”
“I have a dear friend who’s Korean. I learned from him.”
His Korean was flawless, his grammar and pronunciation perfect, despite the concept of honorifics being unfamiliar to him.
“It’s quite a long drive, so please make yourselves comfortable.”
The car was a limousine. Bomin, his gaze fixed on the spacious interior, couldn’t help but gasp as the man opened the door for him. He could practically lie down.
“I’ve never been in such a large car before.”
His eyes sparkling, he poked the seat curiously. Kim Seohun and Shi Yu-hyeon joined him, sitting across from him. There was a small table between them, with snacks and drinks.
“Should I buy one when we get back to Korea?”
Kim Seohun, seeing how much Bomin liked it, mentally calculated the price, comparing it to his bank balance.
“It’s big enough for car s*x. It would feel just like being in a bedroom.”
Bomin, taking it a step further, wondered how many people could fit inside. Kim Seohun, his face flushing at the thought, blinked, his lips parting slightly.
Kim Seohun was rather… traditional when it came to s*x. He would occasionally get rough, lose control in the heat of the moment, but it was rare. And he preferred to have s*x in the comfort of a bedroom or a hotel room, unless Bomin requested otherwise.
Which meant… he had never had car s*x.
He looked around the car, assessing the space. A sports car or a regular SUV would be too small, but this… this could work.
“Seohun-ah.”
“H-Huh…?”
He had been thinking of buying a similar car, then imagining all the things he could do with Bomin inside, when he heard his name. He turned his head.
“Why are you making that face? What were you thinking about?”
Bomin, having taken off his shoes, nudged Kim Seohun’s crotch with his foot. Kim Seohun’s gaze dropped to his pants, where a prominent bulge was clearly visible. His face flushed crimson.
“We should have car s*x sometime, Seohun-ah.”
It was as if Bomin had read his mind. He waved his hand in front of his face, trying to cool down, his ears turning red.
“Bomin-ssi, are you planning to visit Mr. Kang Yihan as soon as we arrive and settle in?”
Shi Yu-hyeon, sensing the awkward tension, brought their attention back to the purpose of their trip.
Song Jaeho and Han Biseong had instructed him to eliminate Kang Yihan if he acted suspiciously.
They were letting Bomin do what he wanted, but they were worried. Bomin didn’t know this, but Jeong Hotae and Won Seongwoo were planning to follow them on the next flight.
And Shi Yu-hyeon was on high alert, his senses heightened.
“I was planning to, but… I’m not sure if he’ll agree to meet me.”
Bomin had initially wanted to keep his trip a secret. Kang Yihan might be living in his original body, but that body was rightfully his.
They might have different personalities, different lives, but… they looked exactly alike.
All he knew was that Kang Yihan was most likely the original Bomin from the novel.
He had considered the possibility of him having lost his memory. If he hadn’t, he might have tried to reclaim his body. But Bomin hadn’t experienced any such threat since arriving in this world.
He had intentionally left out those who were close to the original Bomin. Shi Yu-hyeon and Kim Seohun hadn’t had much interaction with him, so he wasn’t worried about them reacting strangely.
“Don’t worry too much, Bomin-ssi. Everything will work out.”
Shi Yu-hyeon, moving to the seat beside Bomin, took his hand, their fingers interlacing.
Bomin’s hand, which had been cold, slowly warmed up in his grasp.
“He’s right, Bomin-ah. We’re here with you.”
