The heat rose until Ja-kyung couldn’t tell if his eyes were filled with tears or sweat. Despite the intense urge for release, he was driven to desperation by the ring preventing it.

At some point, Il-hyun adjusted Ja-kyung’s position, draped his legs over his shoulders and moved rhythmically. He thrust so hard that Ja-kyung’s body moved along, making it impossible to think clearly. As Ja-kyung writhed in pleasure, his lips descended. Il-hyun kissed and nibbled his lips, then caressed his face while meeting his gaze.

    “You’re beautiful, Lee Ja-kyung.”

His movements were intense but his touch remained gentle – perhaps this was what he meant by contradictions. Despite Ja-kyung pleading, Il-hyun showed no intention of allowing him to ejacvlate or remove the ring.

This crazy man really planned this. He said he’d get what he needed himself, and now he’s making good on that promise. In the midst of being absent-minded, Ja-kyung hugged Kang Il-hyun’s neck and licked his earlobe in order to survive.

    “Honey, please finish soon…”

Ha, with a short laugh, Il-hyun held him tightly. The feeling of something warmth releasing inside was vivid. Ja-kyung immediately reached down to remove the ring.

A trickle of semen flowed from him as if he’d been waiting, and then his limbs went limp with exhaustion. After tossing aside the soiled ring with distaste, Kang Il-hyun, who was out of breath, nuzzled his face on Ja-kyung’s nape.

    “Say that again.”

    “Get off. You’re too heavy.”

    “I said say it again.”

    “Hey.”

    “That’s not it.”

“Yes it is. I said ‘hey.'”

Kang Il-hyun laughed softly and bit his shoulder. When Ja-kyung grimaced in pain and pushed his head away, his lips moved to his cheek and jaw. Ja-kyung could feel Il-hyun’s dick grow bigger inside the h0le again. He quickly grabbed his shoulder and tried to push him away, but it was no use. It seemed like he was planning to have all the s3x he had put off for the past eight days today.

When Ja-kyung opened his eyes, the space beside him was empty. As he sat up, his back felt stiff, and a sharp ache in his nipples made him glance down, where clear bite marks stood out. His arms and even the insides of his thighs bore similar evidence of being thoroughly bitten.

Getting out of bed, he felt wetness trailing down his thighs. He scraped it off with his hand several times, but the sheer amount remaining surprised him. Muttering to himself, “I shouldn’t have called him honey,” he grumbled as he headed to the bathroom.

After a long shower, he came to the living room where Kang Il-hyun sat reading the newspaper. Judging by his nearly empty coffee cup, quite some time had passed.

    “Come here.”

When he extended his arm, Ja-kyung habitually nestled against him, gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, and took a cigarette from his case. As he was about to light it, a newspaper article caught his eye. Seeing Jang Tae-ho’s small photo, Ja-kyung sat down beside him happily.

    “Oh? It’s hyung.”

His unconscious smile made Il-hyun’s gaze sharpen. Il-hyun still harbored unfavorable feelings toward Jang Tae-ho, which was mutual – the two engaged in psychological warfare whenever he met. That’s why Ja-kyung went to great lengths to avoid arranging his encounters.

“Happy to see your brother’s face first thing in the morning?”

    “Of course.”

“Should I cut his head off and place it here? So you can see it every day.”

Ja-kyung frowned and snatched the newspaper. Always with these jokes. His expression darkened as he read the article. The true face of prosecutorial authority. Suspect dies from excessive investigation. What is this…?

“People with too much sense of justice often don’t meet good ends.”

The article’s content was roughly this: A current member of the National Assembly had taken bribes, and during the investigation of related individuals, a suspect committed suicide at home due to excessive investigative pressure. As a result, criticism was being directed at Jang Tae-ho, the prosecutor in charge.

Ja-kyung unconsciously looked at Il-hyun. The words “Can’t you help him?” rose to  his throat but he couldn’t voice them. Instead, he went to the bedroom and contacted Jang Tae-ho. He answered with his usual bright voice.

When asked if he was okay, he reassured him not to worry. When Ja-kyung said to tell him if there was anything he could help with, Tae-ho laughed and said it was reassuring. After finishing the brief call and sighing, he found Kang Il-hyun leaning against the doorframe, staring intently.

    “Should I help?”

Ja-kyung hesitated before shaking his head. Jang Tae-ho wouldn’t want it, and since Kang Il-hyun’s way of helping was far from legal, it would obviously cause problems if he found out later.

    “Thanks for offering though.”

He came over and stroked Ja-kyung’s head comfortingly. He told him not to be upset, reassuring him that his brother might be unlucky but was stronger than he seemed. He would get through this, Il-hyun said, and urged Ja-kyung to trust his own blood. Hearing this, Ja-kyung felt a small sense of relief.

After lunch, Ja-kyung stopped by the security team and his face contorted while talking with the team leader. Uneasy about seeing a human figure in the bathroom, he tried to check the CCTV footage, but coincidentally there was no recording due to electrical work being done at that time.

“If you can describe his appearance, we’ll look for them.”

“Well, I didn’t see them clearly either.”

He considered pursuing the matter further but decided against it. It might have just been someone unaware of his return from abroad, mistaking the house for empty while cleaning. Given the number of rooms, it wasn’t impossible for someone to get confused. And if someone with ill intentions had broken in, he would’ve caused trouble by now.

Thinking positively and noticing the bright weather outside, Ja-kyung went upstairs. He grabbed a swimsuit, threw on a robe, and came back down. In the kitchen, the housekeeper was sorting through an unfamiliar green fruit piled high in a colander.

    “Are you going swimming?”

“The sunlight’s nice, so I’m going to tan.”

He had looked healthy with tanned skin while living in warmer climates, but after settling in Korea and spending winter here, his skin had turned pale. According to Wang Han, when Ja-kyung first came to China, he was sickly dark from malnutrition, but after eating and sleeping well, he became as fair as freshly steamed dumplings. He were recently proving those words true.

“I’ll bring you watermelon juice. Do you need anything else?”

Ja-kyung’s face darkened at Mrs. Housekeeper’s words.

“The watermelon, it’s from the market, right?”

When he asked carefully, Mrs. Housekeeper nodded with a smile. Relieved, Ja-kyung put on sunglasses and went outside. The beating sun was hot – perfect weather for tanning. He took off his robe, sat on the sunbed, carefully applied tanning oil, covered his face with a towel, and lay down.

Thanks to the sizzling sun, he felt like a whole roasted chicken, but still thought a moderately tanned skin looked manly and cool in summer. Shortly after, he heard footsteps and felt something cool.

Removing the towel, he saw a security guard had moved a parasol to his head, completely blocking the sunlight. Ja-kyung pushed up his sunglasses and squinted.

“I was trying to tan on purpose.”

The guard pointed to a surveillance camera nearby.

    “CEO’s orders.”

Then without another word, he bowed and returned to his post. Exasperated, Ja-kyung immediately called Kang Il-hyun. After a few rings, his voice came through the receiver.

    [Yes, honey.]

“Instead of working, you’re just monitoring me?”

[How did you know? So, speaking of that, would you slip your hand under your swimsuit and show me a little? I feel like I could fly home right now.]

Ja-kyung almost snapped back asking what nonsense he was talking about, but stopped. Kang Il-hyun disapproved of Ja-kyung tanning for a simple reason. When his skin was pale, the marks he left after intimacy were more visible, which Il-hyun quite liked.

“If you keep this up, I’ll tan completely naked. Let everyone see.”

[Don’t drag innocent people into this, play modestly and go inside.]

    Ja-kyung pouted.

Lying on the sunbed looking at the sky, white clouds floated by.

    “Working late today?”

    [Yes. Lots of work.]

After Chairman Kang’s death, Kang Il-hyun became busier and appeared in the media more frequently. Sometimes this made him feel like a distant stranger. Well, he weren’t blood-related, so he were strangers in that sense.

“Instead of monitoring CCTV, you should work.”

A soft laugh came through. While enjoying the sound, Ja-kyung heard other voices mixing in and hung up first. Then Ja-kyung turned on some music. It was an upbeat pop song, and while humming along, he suddenly thought of Jang Tae-ho.

The news about him had died down after a few days, and today the media was plastered with some actor’s scandal. Though Jang Tae-ho acted normal during his calls, Ja-kyung remained worried. Since Il-hyun said he’d be late, Ja-kyung thought he should visit today.
