Just as Song Qihan was about to laugh bitterly at Shen Liyu’s words, the office door suddenly swung open with a “bang.”

Song Qihan’s deep, dark eyes behind his lenses turned cold. He pushed Shen Liyu away with his hand and lowered his head, not saying a word. The reflection on the lenses obscured his expression, but he pretended to calmly readjust his tie.

Meanwhile, Shen Liyu stood obediently to the side, pretending as if nothing had happened.

Before long, more and more people filled the office; and the school bell also eventually rang. Many students also poured in.

“Take your weekly exams back. Write down all the mistakes you have in the blank spaces on the side of the paper and finish it before you have your evening self-study. Then come find me after you’re done.”

Song Qihan had reverted to his usual calm and composed demeanor. However, the shock in his heart couldn’t be immediately eased. For now, he could only pretend to ignore the inexplicable palpitations in his heart.

At this moment, a young female teacher in a professional attire walked over to their direction. She had a well-proportioned figure with a curvy front and back, attracting the attention of many single male teachers along the way.

“Senior Song, do you have some time now? I’d like to consult you about some matters regarding post-doctoral studies.”

Her voice was sweet but not cloying, and there was a hint of playfulness in her serious tone, which made people feel good immediately. Shen Liyu glanced up for a moment, then lowered his head again, as he stood there in silence.

But in his heart, Shen Liyu was actually clicking his tongue. He had never expected for even the new female teacher at school to be Song Qihan’s junior. This woman looked young, probably in her early twenties, with light makeup and a very likable appearance.

It was impossible for a man to resist the proactive advances of a woman who harbored feelings for him, right? Shen Liyu could tell at a glance that this female teacher had the same feelings for Song Qihan as Song Qihan had for him…

“Well, okay. I do have some time.”

Song Qihan’s deep voice rose in his ears, just as what Shen Liyu had expected.

Then Song Qihan stood up from his chair. As always, he was also wearing a dark suit today. Paired with Song Qihan’s tall and slender figure and his cold and stern face, he looked like a perfect statue that had come to life.

When the female teacher saw Song Qihan standing up, she smiled sweetly at him. Then, with a coquettish laugh, she said, “It just so happens that my computer also has some problems. Could you help me fix it, Senior Song?”

This time, Song Qihan just replied with a faint “Hmm.” The female teacher happily turned around and walked towards her seat. Song Qihan’s polished leather shoes paused for a moment. He turned his head to look at Shen Liyu, who still had his head down silently.

He sighed in his heart. He really didn’t know what to do with this junior who seemed obedient but could always be surprising in his actions. To attract his attention, he actually did such bold things with others! When Shen Liyu decided to do this, did he really not consider the seriousness of the possible consequences? “Make sure to finish it before your evening self-study. I’ll be waiting for you here.” After saying this in a deep voice, Song Qihan no longer lingered and walked past Shen Liyu to leave.

As Shen Liyu waited for Song Qihan to walk away, he reached out and picked up the exam papers on the table. His attractive peach blossom eyes were filled with disdain, and a mocking quirk formed at the corner of his lips. He muttered under his breath, “He can even fix computers. Heh… I really didn’t expect it. He knows quite a few things!”

Feeling suddenly upset, Shen Liyu walked out of the office in a bad mood. Just as he stepped out, he was intercepted by Zhang Yong and his gang of ‘hoodlums’ [1].

Zhang Yong grinned lewdly at Shen Liyu and said, “Kid, let’s find a place with no one around and settle the score for what happened before!”
