GTAS Arc. 2 Ch. 2
by camiSlap!
The crisp sound of a slap echoed loudly in the spacious room. Instantly, a handprint appeared on Gu Jinlin’s fair face, red and swollen, burning with pain.
“You… How dare you bite me! Watch me teach you a lesson…”
Second Young Master Ji gritted his teeth, reaching out to grab Gu Jinlin’s collar and lifting him up, his expression fierce as if ready to devour him.
“Knock knock.” A knocking sound came from outside the door, followed by a respectful voice, “Second Young Master, the Eldest Young Master is back and wishes to see you.”
Second Young Master raised an eyebrow, then released Gu Jinlin’s collar with a click, causing him to fall back to the ground.
Gu Jinlin now understood why he couldn’t move his legs. It seemed like he had been shot with a tranquilizer dart in the buttocks. Sitting down, he felt a sharp pain at the injection site.
Second Young Master quickly put on a bathrobe and shoes, despite his hand still dripping with blood. He showed no panic, calmly putting on the robe and shoes, letting the blood stain the floor.
Then he opened the door and left. As the door closed, the voice outside exclaimed, “Second Young Master, why are your hands bleeding?!”
Second Young Master calmly replied, “Just a little bite from a ‘sharp-tongued’ little thing. Call the doctor, and where is my brother now?”
As the door closed, Gu Jinlin spat out a mouthful of blood. That slap from that damned Second Young Master would be repaid a hundredfold!
【System, unlock my restraints and clear the remaining tranquilizer effects from my body.】
【Yes, host. Little Six will help repair your body immediately.】
After waiting for a while, Gu Jinlin could move freely again. His chest still throbbed faintly, but it was within his tolerance. The clothes on his body were torn and tattered. Seeing the clean silk pajamas on the bed, Gu Jinlin didn’t hesitate to change into them. Barefoot, he walked to the door, opened it a crack, and slipped out quietly.
The corridor was dimly lit, and Gu Jinlin’s feet stepped on soft, high-quality wool carpet. He was on the second floor, as he saw the giant crystal chandelier outside the railing and the decorations on the walls. He must be in a mansion.
As Gu Jinlin pondered how to escape from here, he suddenly heard a voice coming from the end of the corridor. He followed the sound and stopped at the corner, listening to the faint voices behind the slightly open door.
“I want to go! Brother, let me go!” It was the voice of the Second Young Master Ji just now.
“Watch him. Let him rest in my study tonight.” A deep voice emanated, full of authority.
“Yes, Young Master.”
At this moment, Gu Jinlin, crouching around the corner, suddenly couldn’t hear any sound. He turned around, intending to leave, but heard the sound of utensils breaking behind him. Gu Jinlin found himself in a dilemma.
Just as he hesitated, a tall figure blocked the dim light from the corner. Gu Jinlin instinctively looked up and saw a man in military uniform, looking down at him.
The man wore a pair of polished black military boots, with mud stains on the toes, and his loose pants tucked into the boots. His well-shaped legs were wrapped in textured black trousers, and a silver eagle belt buckle caught Gu Jinlin’s eye. A white shirt was worn tightly around his muscular upper body, with sleeves rolled up to reveal a section of fair, wheat-colored, powerful arms.
The golden chest badge, symbolizing honor and bravery, hung on the pocket of the dark military uniform. The man held the collar of the military uniform in his hand, and the sleeves dragged on the ground. The military officer’s hat, which should have been worn on his head, was now tucked under his arm.
The man’s meticulously groomed black short hair was slightly disheveled, possibly from just removing his hat. His smooth, fair forehead, furrowed brows, deep brown eyes reflected the golden silk pajamas worn by Gu Jinlin. Below the high nose bridge was a pair of attractive thin lips, and a sharp chin connected to a fair neck. The man’s throat moved, and Gu Jinlin heard the low, authoritative voice again.
“Are you the little wildcat who bit Yanzhi just after weaning?”
Gu Jinlin came to his senses at the sound. He raised an eyebrow. Who just weaned? You just weaned! Your whole family just weaned! Damn it…
He wrinkled his nose and glared ‘ferociously’ at the man in front of him, then snorted, “That’s right! If you dare to come over, I’ll bite off your ears!”
Seeing the cautious and guarded look of the little wildcat in front of him, Ji Linchen’s mouth curled up, and a glint of cunning flashed in his deep eyes.
The nature of a soldier, the more unwilling the prey is to surrender, the stronger the desire to tame it becomes. Obviously, Gu Jinlin had now successfully aroused Ji Linchen’s desire to conquer.
Ji Linchen directly took off the black leather gloves on his hand. In the next moment, to Gu Jinlin’s shocked gaze, Ji Linchen forcefully stuffed the gloves into his mouth, making him only able to produce a “wuwuwu…” sound with his mouth wide open.
Jì Línchen chuckled softly. Very well, it seemed that during the vacation time before this battle, he could spend his time training this little wildcat.
“In the future, you will belong to me, Ji Linchen. I’ll give you a name. Hmm… let’s call you Ji Yichen. As long as you behave obediently, I’ll ensure you a lifetime of ease.”
